I wont deny the place looked a bit empty and kinda run down but everything was clean including the bathrooms. Id definitely come back i felt it was reasonable.

They're so good that I'm willing to make the trip down to MPK from Walnut just to get their wings! Not a large store but they do have a few tables if you decide to eat there. Best to eat them fresh and hot if you have a chance. We typically get a combo meal which comes with fries, radish or cole slaw, and a drink. Their lemon pepper chicken wings are my favorite of all Korean fried chicken places. So glad his location is still somewhat close to me.

(Dined 04/27/25 SU @ 12:00pm): Man... there were wings and things everywhere!…read more I was in attendance for Lawless Brewing Co.'s 4th Anniversary (yup... they opened during the pandemic!), when I had a few food options and decided on The Wing Man Catering/Food Truck. Before the pandemic, I used to work a ton of local outdoor events where food trucks lined up ready to take you money. During that time, I got very familiar with said food trucks, their owners, and sometimes even hired them for events I was a part of. After the pandemic, some of these events sadly folded, so I pivoted to other avenues for outdoor entertainment work that were less-focused on food trucks and more on actual booths/stalls. Nowadays, my more poignant exposure to these meals on wheels was at breweries and beer festivals. This was my first experience with them and couldn't find any background information whatsoever. On a wing and a prayer, man, was their food good or for the birds!? PURCHASE 6pc Mango Habanero Wings & Fries ($20.00): Slathered in a milder sauce than I'd hoped, only the meatier drumlets were present which I appreciated. These had a nice freshly-cooked crisp to each bite as the sauce stuck to your lips and your fingertips. Now, the spud sticks were a revelation with their portion size, the amazing crisp and crunch in every bite as the roof of your mouth slightly got burned by the internal steam, and the awesome seasoning they used! I think I loved the fires more than the drumlets! https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw&start=0&select=9jW9dWaU8FWa90FtiuYNow Buffalo Blasted Chicken Sandwich ($13.00): A thick heavily-fried chicken breast dipped into homemade sweet and spicy infused oil, lettuce, homemade bread and butter pickles, drizzled with homemade ranch and Buffalo sauce on a brioche bun, this was a messy two-handed meal of sinful goodness. I only wished it was hotter and spicier. https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw&start=0&select=qan5witpTfu03t5A-BFOSg Veggie Sticks (INCLUDED w/Sandwiches): I guess it was best to have something healthy to try and offset all of the badness that was being consumed - beers and food! These helped to cleanse my palate and brushed my teeth! https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw&start=0&select=JwPLpNn9ACrDV6s3q5CF7w SERVICE A friendly woman greeted me as I approached the truck, I perused the menu and quickly placed my order, I was given a buzzer, and about fifteen minutes later my buzzer https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw&start=0&select=jC_bKQTG4eXRKxZzuiZhJA blew up letting me know my grub was ready. All was straightforward and greatly appreciated - thank you! PARKING (FREE) Being a food truck, they were at the beck and call wherever the event was held. In this case, the event/residency took place at Lawless Brewing Co. with plenty of free parking along the main drag of Craner Ave. and all nearby streets (including Magnolia Blvd.). Another option was a driving service like a bus, taxi, Lyft, or Uber (no nearby Metro train station) - 'nuff said. ATMOSPHERE, DÉCOR, AMBIENCE Your standard self-sufficient catering/food truck with an exterior food menu https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw&select=TtFl919JJdZsy9s91-YXOA banner along the front sole order and pick up table, no area for condiments, napkins, and utensils nor designated seating area except for the brewery itself, and natural lighting was prevalent during the daytime while minimal electric street and tent/truck lighting glowed at night. There were no TVs nor any background music except what was playing inside the brewery. ATTIRE Totally casual, so I would normally be in a t-shirt, boardshorts, and flip-flops. OVERALL The Wing Man Catering/Food Truck was a finger-licking messy yummy time, and I would definitely consider them again. My only fear would be their limited menu and eventually trying everything over time. The prices were a tad on the higher end, the food and portion sizes were very good, and the service was easy and straightforward. I found very good value based on the prices, service, and experience noted above (TOTAL paid experience was around $36.00 BEFORE any discounts and/or tip). And, they accepted my credit card of choice...AMEX! 4.0 STARS

The wings were very crispy, and I like that they weren't dripping in sauce. It was just enough. The fries are crinkle cut and fresh! They also have a really great seasoning salt on them. The mozzarella sticks were good, not too big, also fried when ordered. The marinera served with the sticks was cold so that was a bit of a bummer but I would order them again. The ranch was generic, not made in house which was also a bummer BUT I didn't need ranch for the wings, they were just that good. The staff were wonderful! Great service!

What's even crazier is that I've been a diehard bone-in/traditional wings believer, but bb.q Chicken's boneless wings converted me to the dark side. In fact, I will shamelessly admit that I only ever order their boneless wings here after having tried them. Unlike other places' boneless wings, which use dry white meat (an absolute abomination IMHO), bb.q Chicken uses actual dark meat and are actual "boneless wings." The Cheesling flavor is to die for. Get the limited time Buldak Cheesling flavor for a special spicy kick. If you want an alcoholic drink with your chicken, I suggest sticking with beer or bottled soju. So to have your employee give me a whole speech at 8:45 about when you close the kitchen and how long I have to eat, is unacceptable, lack of customer service. And then denying service to 4 people at 9:08pm, also doesn't make for good ambiance or service. I paid $60 for 2 people to share a rice bowl and small batch of wings; what would those 4 people have ordered $$$? *change your hours if your trying to close early 2nd the wings have really reduced in quality and flavor, did you degrade or change in quality of chicken; or is that your not following the same recipe? And lastly, and this change I can sympathize with, but I very much enjoyed the yellow danmuji radishes in the bulgogi bowl, so eff those people who asked you to take them out; causing you to decide to no longer include them
