Sometimes I was worse after the appointment than before and a couple times I felt like he forgot I was pregnant and didn't like the way I was handled. I decided to see if I could go back to Dr. Siekerka and boy am I glad I did! Even though it had been six years, he remembered me and even remembered where I was working back then. From the moment of my first appointment with him to now I have been 1000 times better overall. I really love that I never feel like he's rushed. He always asks how I'm doing, areas of concern etc. He also doesn't just focus on your trouble spots, although he definitely is sure to address them, but makes sure your entire body is in alignment. He explains everything thoroughly and even uses his charts on the wall so you can see and understand what's causing your pain and why. He is super friendly, his wife is a sweetheart as well, and I feel like I'm going to see a close relative when I go to my appointments. I've also always felt that Dr. Siekerka generally cares about you as a patient and does what he does because he's truly passionate about his work, not just trying to make a quick buck. They apologized and tried to "squeeze me in" but my kids and I were already waiting 30 minutes past our original appointment time and we still weren't seen yet. With no end in sight and no time frame as to when we would be seen, we left. The front desk seemed remorseful but as a new patient that had to change my schedule with two kids in tow, first impressions are everything.
