    Regular cheese slice

Pizza is ok, there slices are dense (doughy and heavy). Definitely not light or flaky at all. Customers service is good and the restaurant it self is clean and nice. It was an ok slice , should work on that pizza dough

tl;dr in a neighborhood without any clear standout pizzerias, this slice shop is solid and convenient When surveying the NYC pizza game, Washington Heights is not a neighborhood likely to come up. However, Broadway Slice enters as a popular local slice shop. The small, square space sports a bright red and baby blue color palette, with slightly worn, dark wood finishes. The customer area has a single 4-seat bar-height table and a narrow counter along the window and left wall. Pizza-related memorabilia and pay-per-view posters starkly contrast the soda machines along the perimeter. A medium pizza counter displays the daily offerings, with the industrial pizza oven just behind. I've been to Broadway Slice a handful of times, and my experiences have ranged from great to forgettable. My advice to maximize your slice is to stick with the regular pizza varieties (some of the more adventurous pies I've sampled have been disappointing) and ask the staff to heat your slice extra hot. My favorites are the Buffalo Chicken and Pepperoni. The former is loaded with slightly crisp chunks of meat, sports a nice buffalo flavor without being overwhelming, and pairs well with red pepper flakes. On the latter, the greasy and aromatic pepperoni creates a perfectly melty slice, especially with a bit of extra time in the oven. The crust is not uber-thin, and unfortunately occasionally runs slightly doughy. Service has always been quick, even with a line. However, by the time dinner rolls around, there often is only a limited selection of 'zza remaining, sometimes without even cheese or pepperoni. Further, the slices, while reasonably large, are on the expensive side, at $4 for plain and a bit more for toppings. Of course, you can find a cheaper or tastier slice if given access to all of NYC. But when around the neighborhood or hospital, Broadway Slices has proven to be a convenient option that, when at its best, hits the spot.

By far the best pizza in this area of Washington Heights. Good sauce, and the sizes of these slices are awesome. Not as big as koronet but close and taste better.

    Broken container

I decided to order pizza from this establishment on a Friday night. My pizza arrived ruined, and the mac and cheese bites container was broken. The pizza wasnt edible, and it was super SOGGY. The slices were on top of eachother and mushy. I had to go to a nearby pizza shop to get food. I didn't even bother calling them because I will never order from here again. Anyone who delivers this quality of pizza doesnt care about their customers!

These guys are great! I just moved into the neighborhood, and I was nervous to try a new pizza place so soon. Thankfully I did. I love more of a thin crust pizza, and that's just how they make em'; the sauce to cheese ratio is also good. My Italian friend approved as well; she's super picky about her pizza. Haha. One more thing! For Halloween, I asked them to make a Jack O'Lantern pie; first, they seemed apprehensive, but after the counter person showed the chef the picture of what I wanted, they laughed and agreed. It came out fantastic!

This place was desperately needed. It's not that I don't love chain fast food joints or the one diner that is close to NYP, it's just that...welllllll...how do I put this.....they all kind of suck/are super generic. Like no offense Sabaro or Famiglia, but your pizza is pretty lame. Broadway slice is very much the polar opposite. Small business, real pizza, and fair prices. Oh, and the slices are enormous, especially when you consider a plain cheese is 3$, or 3.50$ for a topping. I honestly wouldn't recommend more than two slices unless your ravenous (we split three when we come now). The space is small but cozy, and they play pretty great music while you eat in. I also like how the delivery guys have their own door so they don't slow the line of foot traffic from getting to the counter. Stoke this place opened, wishing this new business nothing but the best (And PS, ignore that guy from Chicago, they don't know jack about pizza out there, let's be real).

This place has one of the best slices of pizza I have ever had! I got 2 slices with sausage and was literally in heaven! Forget about parking though, but definitely worth the walk!

Pizza is good if you eat it right out the oven. Doesn't travel well. It's an ok slice. I'd rate it a 6.2.

The arancini was a standout: perfectly crisp on the outside, creamy inside, and served with a rich, delicious sauce that tied it all together. We ended on the tiramisu, which was absolutely worth saving room. It was light, flavorful, and a perfect finish to the meal. What really elevated the experience, though, was the staff. Everyone was genuinely kind and helpful--especially notable for New York--and it made the whole evening feel relaxed and welcoming. A small heads-up: it's a bit tricky to find, so give yourself extra time. That said, the hidden, underground subway setting is part of the charm and makes the whole experience feel unique. I'd love to see more restaurants creatively use these kinds of spaces in the future.

It is located right in the hallway of a subway entrance, next to a bar and across from a coffee shop, and it somehow manages to feel like a cozy, sit-down restaurant right in the middle of NYC. Don't let the odd location fool you, the food here is outstanding. The Neapolitan and Sicilian-style pizzas are both exceptional, with rich, well-balanced flavors and perfectly executed crusts. Every bite tastes high quality. Also, don't skip the house-made lemonade! The experience is even better because of the incredibly friendly and attentive staff. They were all so kind to so many people. From offering to keep leftovers in the fridge until a customer was done at their broadway show, to offering a scone to a young child while he and his father waited for their pizza to be done, it was more than just flipping a table and onto the next tip, it was humanity at its best. Be sure to give See No Evil Pizza a try. You certainly will want to come back again for more.
