I'd been searching Austin high and low for a Honda Monkey but dealers in the Central Texas area were just completely tapped out and wouldn't even take a deposit for one. So I decided to widen my search and Broadway Powersports had a '22 in yellow. With tempered expectations, I called and got Denny on the line. He confirmed they had it in stock and that they could take a deposit. I asked if it was okay if I drove up the following weekend to pick it up and they were fine with that (some dealers get cold feet when you ask to push back signing on the dotted line). Then Denny did something no other dealer in Austin has ever done: he gave me a no BS out the door price and told me exactly how much I'd need to write on the check when I arrived. I was still pretty nervous because they'd have me a quite the disadvantage after I drove several hours. To my pleasant surprise, the number Denny gave me over the phone was the final number I paid and while a finance manager did give me a quick spiel on the various extended warranties, it certainly wasn't a hard sell and they had me closed out and ready to go within 30 minutes of arriving. Denny then helped me load my bike onto my truck and made sure I had everything (even the manual that had been misplaced between moving the bike from the showroom to the loading ramp) even though it was a very busy Saturday for them. This place is amazing! Made out of state car buying easy. I actually bought a new slingshot from them they allowed a deposit to hold it which is rare and these things sell very fast. And we got this thing done in a day! Logan was responsive to every thing even texting back and forth to keep in touch about the process and helped getting it shipped to me. Then when they sent the paperwork they put sticky notes on all of them to make sure I signed correctly. Just extra courtesy and steps that were going the extra mile. Just traded a 2015 Indian chief in on a 2022 Indian scout abs. Getting older now and the chief was getting a bit too heavy for this old man. I met William of powersports sales team. We talked about what might be a good fit for me. He showed me the scout in smoke white, beautiful color with a pearl look in it. I highly recommend this business. What made the difference was integrity and honesty, and no attempt to 'pad' the price - unlike the extra $2100 that another dealership in Grapevine tried to add. I was especially impressed with both Steven and Logan. Because of their ethics, they won my business even though they are 140 miles from me. I contacted them with a bike they had in stock that I found on cycletrader.com (still in crate) and had it home 2 days later. Love this place. They worked with me when the bank wouldn't and got me a walk out price that was equal to what the bike actually was before everything added. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. They even kept my bike for two weeks because I had a holdup and couldn't pick it up when I wanted to and replaced a part that was scratched for free when I noticed it.
