I'm not a huge fan of women's health practices in general, so there's that. This seems to be a rather large practice. Located in a multi-business building, right on Eddy Street, it shares a fair sized lot with the other businesses and sometimes you have to wait for a vehicle to leave to get a spot. But hey, it's free parking near the hospital, so score! Just give yourself some extra time. The office entrance is directly across from the building main entrance, just past the security guard. I asked why a security guard was needed and was told (by the guard) a combination of the neighborhood and clients of the other businesses. They have a panic button to press if needed. OK then. There are usually three or so staff working in the reception area. Each time I go it feels like I need to fill out paperwork and get my insurance cards copied again. The waiting area is fairly large with a public restroom at the back end. They have the usual doctors office magazines to peruse. A staff member will come out from behind reception and yell your name out when it's your turn. On the day of my visit, this staff member was having a bad day and didn't seem thrilled to be interacting with patients. BP and weight were taken before I was left to disrobe as appropriate to my appointment. I have seen several doctors at this practice. I think one retired, another moved on I think. Not sure. Anyhow, I have gotten a variety of conflicting information from the various doctors so I'm just not sure what's the right info at this point. My last physician did a good job going over things to keep my bones healthy, how often I get a mammogram and so on. He was engaged and professional. No complaints. I was shocked to see such a poor rating! I've had nothing but a great experience here. Dr. Noonan is fabulous and takes her time. She makes sure all of my questions are answered and if I have questions when I'm home, all the doctors are so responsive on the portal. Giving 4 stars only because just like most doctor appointments, I'm typically waiting 15-30 mins to be seen. But the attention to detail and care I receive keeps me coming back. read more

Ignorant medical care. Has dark age approach to menopause. The Johnston office is shabby and dirty looking. Looks like a free clinic. The office staff is always rude. Dr Noonan does not listen to her patients and is not up to date on what are now FDA approved menopause treatments. She basically told me I should let my female body parts atrophy as this is part of the natural aging process. I wonder if she will feel the same way when it happens to her. I only give a 2 star rating because the the NP (Whelan) & MD (Noonan) treated me with respect and were very attentive to my issue. My first appointment was scheduled for 9/30/25 & this appointment was canceled by the office & was not able to be rescheduled until 11/25/25. On 11/24/25, I received a call to confirm my visit for the following day, which I confirmed & at the end of the call, t he representative blurted out that i needed to be there one-half hour early; she said it so fast that I had to ask her to repeat herself & advised I intend to be there early, but not by 30 minutes as I was coming from work was leaving atv1pm for my 140pm appointment. I advised I was not previously informed & the rep proceeded to tell me that she is certain I was advised because she can see the person who booked my appointment & she knows that she always tells patients. I inquired how she can vouch for anything that was said on a call she was not a part of. I made a mental note to speak to the doctor about my experience. When I presented to the office I inquired of the woman checking me in the name of the individual who called me to confirm, as I did not get her name. The representative informed me they all make confirmation calls & there would be no way of her knowing. I went back & forth about complaining, but decided to let it go. TMI, but very important to my review: I am dealing with fibroids that have grown over the past year (as I found out after having imaging studies) & spoke with my provider about my options & my desire to have them removed. I had a pap done that day (11/25/25) & was referred for imaging, which was done on 12/3/25. I received a return call with results on 12/5/25 & was scheduled for a surgical consult with Noonan on 12/8/25 at which time I was referred to a specialist for a surgical consult. 12/5/25 I began my menstrual & have been actively bleeding but for a 12 hour period. I figured it was due to the exam & imaging, so I let it go. I called the office on 12/23/25, reported i have been bleeding since 12/5/25 & requested an emergency visit to which I was told they could see me in February; I again insisted on an urgent appointment, was placed on hold and when the report came back, I was told they will not be able to schedule me and they already referred me out for this issue, which was absolutely not the case. When I was referred, there was not prolonged bleeding as my menstrual started the 5th and I was referred on the 8th. I advised I still had not received a call from the office they referred me to & was only provided the name of the doctor & told they will reach out to me for scheduling. I was then provided with the number. I immediately called and was scheduled for 3/31/25 & told my regular doctor needs to follow me until then (which makes absolutely sense & the reason I called to begin with). I called Broadway Ob/Gyn back and after advising of my conversation with the other office, I was reluctantly given an appointment for 12/26/25, which I took, but the following day (12/24/25) I landed in the ER with excruciating pain in the area of both kidneys & was not able to keep the 12/26/25 appointment. I call the office today for an appointment and advised Ashley that I am still actively bleeding (now 24 days) & really need an appointment and was told either January 12th or 14th. I inquired why my situation is not being seen as urgent and I am being provided with these appointments that are weeks to a month out. I was place on hold and told that is all they have. I took the appointment & requested the Supervisor, who not surprisingly "was in a meeting". I left a detailed message for Beth explaining my issues and concerns with the office & my expectation of a call back and needless to say, I did not receive a return call. I completely agree with the negative reviews I read. The office staff (administrative) are unprofessional & i do not feel my care is of importance. At the very least a call from a doctor would be nice. read more

While the admin staff were pleasant and kind, I can not say that I have had a happy experience with my doctor, Dr Brosco. When I needed doctor support with my endometriosis / career with FMLA paperwork, the doctor refused to sign the documentation because he did not feel that I needed it. Doctor should have reached out for context on why I needed FMLA paperwork instead of just brushing me to the side, forgetting about me. I found out the doctor would not sign when I reached out to the office for a status - the office never reached out to me. I have decided to leave the office immediately due to the nature of care provided by this doctor and the judgement on my condition and lifestyle that he used to determine my future. I highly recommend any other facility for an OBGYN doctor, than this place! read more

whenever you call the person on the phone always has an attitude regardless of who they are. additionally, the booking always seems to be an issue. they offer appointments super late out when they have some available for a sooner date. also, they have you come for a time and you don't get seen until at minimum, a half hour later, it's insane. either schedule less people or schedule them further apart the wait time is not cool at all. read more

I went for my first visit with a new doctor after switching from a different practice. I went in and was seen super fast. Like before my appointment time! The girl checking me in was super friendly and I got good vibes. I saw Dr. Santa Maria Flores. Also good vibes! She was very calm, soft spoken, gentle. I honestly left my appointment feeling jazzed. Been going to this office 10 years, today I called to reschedule my appointment 6 plus weeks out just to be told I can't get in until January of next year, it's AUGUST! They gave me two specific times both of which I would be out of town. This is the second year this has happened. I'm currently living on an island that is hard to get on and off of for a job. I did not know how long the job would go when I booked the appointment back in January. I'm being treated the same as a brand new patient despite the fact that I have been going here for over a decade. I love my doctor, but clearly the practice takes too many patients If existing patients cannot get in for 6 months when something comes up with their existing appointment, PSA stop taking new patients if you can't handle the ones you have. also, as an existing patient you can't see another doctor at the practice. read more

Writing this as I sit in the waiting room, 50 minutes past my appointment time, which is the norm here. I've been coming here for about 8 years and about to have baby #4, and it gets worse here every year. The doctors are nice, but the place is so poorly run. I'll definitely be transferring as soon as this baby is born. Only stuck around because I want to deliver at Women and Infants. I had an appointment booked with Dr. DiZoglio for months and months. I got an automated call my appointment had to be moved as she wasn't going to be in the office for my appointment in 2 weeks. I called back and they offered me an appointment in 2 months, with no inkling of apology or ability to help. I know stuff comes up but seems like the wrong way to deal with the situation! Had 3 babies through this medical facility. Had some ups and downs but overall they are great. The front staff not so great. It's so disappointing to hear about all of these negative experiences here but I'm struggling right now with the same issues regarding rudeness, lack of care and patient wellness etc. with the staff...as other reviewers commented on Beth and Denise...who have literally brought me to tears and I can guarantee that I'm in for a sleepless night. I have been a 20+ year patient at this practice and didn't even receive the decency of a callback from Denise. Obviously my pockets and insurance coverage aren't deep enough for them anymore. Reading other's comments at least validates my concerns. Doctor was great, but they only have 2 people who can accept payment over the phone and they are both NURSES not receptionists so good luck catching them between their appointments and lunch and since there are no online options to pay, the only other way to pay is to be rich enough to pay out of your bank account and mail a check. I personally have to pay with my Health Savings Account and have been trying fruitlessly to reach either billing person for over a week. But they also print a nasty little note on your first bill about not being able to get care if your bill isn't paid on time! You'd think receptionists would take money at the very least if they aren't going to get with the times and accept credit payments online! It sucks, because I actually liked the doctor but I'll need to go elsewhere unless they fix this payment inconvenience. read more

I hear great things about Broadway doctors and specifically Dr. Brosco. I tried to get in for my first pregnancy and than again at 28 weeks when we moved because of the positive reviews. Unfortunately, I was completely unable to get through Beth the office/intake manager. Both times she was incredibly rude, spoke down to me because I didn't know how their practice's processes (or how any practice worked due to my 1st pregnancy). It was my first call to a doctor and all she made me feel stupid for not knowing anything and as if I was not fit to be a patient at Broadway. I called again at 28 week when we moved closer to their offices and I thought I would try again. When I complained for the second time I didn't want to speak to her anymore, the office manager, Denise, was just as bad. Best of luck to anyone who can get through these miserable gate-keepers. Definitely not the way I wanted to start my first pregnancy even if Dr. Brosco is a phenomenal practitioner. The amount of time you have to call in and talk to the office staff is not worth it for me. I am looking for a team that is thoughtful compassionate and wants me there. Dr. Brosco, if you read this, I would love to hear your perspective. But I can't seem to even get to you. read more

The staff of this facility are so incredibly rude that they brought me to tears. Majority of the doctors at prenatal visits will give you no time to answer questions. I came here for care during my first pregnancy and was treated like a number and an annoyance. Have a problem and want to request a call back from a doctor? They will not give you the time of day and will tell you to go straight to Women & Infants Hospital ER for a $1000 bill. The lack of care and concern is mind-blowing when they are caring for pregnant women from all situations. A little kindness can go a LONG way, but the staff here lacks empathy which is concerning when they are caring for expecting mothers. read more

After years of struggling with numerous, somewhat personal girly issues, I stumbled across all the positivity on here and figured I'd make an appointment with Broadway OBGYN. (Most hilariously, they're not on Broadway but actually in South Providence.) I was scheduled to see Dr. Constance Brennan this past Tuesday. Ensuring I printed & filled out the packet of new patient forms ahead of time, check-in was extremely fast and the wait time totaled to no more than five minutes. The assistant who took my vitals was such a total sweetheart, making me laugh when I was clearly anxious. Dr. Brennan came in almost immediately after she left the room and spent a great while discussing my background, issues and potential causes. The exam itself wasn't as uncomfortable as in the past with the (former) doctor I was seeing: she was gentle, talked me through everything made sure I wasn't in any pain. Afterwards we discussed further testing, treatment and medication: at no point did I ever feel rushed. When we were finished, I was sent (literally) next door for quick blood testing and in less than an hour, my entire appointment was over. I'm extremely pleased with my experience & will certainly be sticking with Dr. Brennan going forward. The staff was entirely professional, courteous while the facilities clean and comfortable. However, it is definitely worth reiterating the previous reviews for those thinking of making an appointment that Broadway does actually require a debit card on file. They make a copy and hold the information in the event that you miss or cancel your appointment within 24 hours ($50 fee) or if you're given a bill that remains unpaid. After discussing this with them, I was assured that they would -not- charge my card without prior permission and they accept payment arrangements for any costs my insurance doesn't cover. read more

I had a great experience at Broadway Ob-Gyn. The receptionists and nurses were very efficient and pleasant. I was called right at the time of my appointment and was out the door in a half hour. The waiting area, exam rooms, and offices were all clean and welcoming. The building also had ample free parking. As Hilary H. noted, Laurie Whelan is great. The exam was thorough but quick, but I never felt rushed. The exam was not painful although a little longer than expected. "Your cervix is eluding me" is something you do not expect to hear during an exam, ha! After the exam, Ms. Whelan gave me her card and told me to call or e-mail her if I ever had any questions and that she always answers her correspondence prior to going home for the evening. Can't ask for more than that! A couple of things to note: - Broadway Ob-Gyn charges you a cancellation fee of $50 if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours. This practice seems to be more and more common, but it's good to know that up front. - The office keeps a copy of a credit card on file in their office. This seems a bit odd to me and I know of a few people in the office yesterday were not comfortable with this, so, again, it's useful to know before making an appointment. All in all, a great experience! I definitely will be back (though hopefully not again until next year)! read more

The receptionist was rude and incompetent. She asked me if I wasn't pregnant or seeking my annual why I was seeking treatment (in a very condescending manner). I replied I recently moved to Rhode Island and suffer from ovarian cysts meaning I need to be under the supervision of an OB-GYN. Her reply, a rude "okay (as if she didn't believe me), you will need to bring some proof". She actually said proof and not medical records. I was so offended by her behavior that I found another ob-gyn--because of the receptionist, not the doctor. Well, she wasn't done yet.I covered the rude, so we can move on to the incompetent. I called to cancel the appointment with Broadway OB-GYN a month before my appointment. Nonetheless, I got a reminder about my still somehow scheduled appointment. So I decide to e-mail them since a phone call didn't work. Guess what, I got another phone call reminder. The best part is the OB-GYN threatened me with a 50.00 fee if I missed the appointment. They were going to charge me for an appointment I attempted to cancel three times. Is this how they make money? To the doctors at Broadway, I understand that you may not know what is going on at the front desk. But, read these comments and do something. It is losing you business and hindering your reputation. Do you think I would recommend this place to my friends? Do you think I told my husband, a physician himself, that he should recommend this place to his patients? Of course not---all because of your front staff. read more

This is the worst practice you can choose. The availability for appointments is at least 3-4 months out and at least 2-3 weeks for emergency visits. They are rude and not helpful in the slightest. They also moved my last appointment time by 15 minutes and didn't care to notify me. The wait in the waiting room takes forever as well. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

Everything is wonderful about this office- the secretaries, the medical assistants, ultrasound tech and my favorite Dr. Dizoglio. This place is efficient, kind, supportive and very knowledgeable. I have gone to Broadway for 13 years- 2 pregnancies and etc etc. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. read more

Expect to wait an average of 45 minutes for every visit. The waiting room is always loud and incredibly packed. Expect to see a different doctor each time and to not be able to choose which doctor will deliver your baby. Some receptionists are nice. Most are rude. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because I really like the doctors. They are kind, knowledgeable, and professional. But they clearly have packed schedules so care is never personalised. In fact most of the time they don't remember you. If we have a second baby I will be going somewhere else. read more

I visited Dr. Dizoglio for consultation and guidance about my increasingly debilitating symptoms of perimenopause/ premenopause. The list of gynecological services on her website included menopause. I took that to mean the whole process of menopause - from perimenopause to post menopause. I even specifically asked on the phone, when setting up my visit, if her office was knowledgeable of perimonopause and was told by one of her staff that all the doctors in the office were. Yet, when I was met in her examination room she and her staff not only thought I was there for a routine check up, but seemed to have no understanding of what perimenopause even was. When asked why I was there to see her, I described my symptoms. She dismissed each symptom, telling me I'd need to go see another health care professional to address them and repeated that these symptoms did not indicate menopause, despite the fact that, when considered together, all the symptoms clearly indicated the signature hormone fluctuation characteristic of perimenopause that was clear enough for my primary care physician to diagnose over a year ago. For example, instead of angina, which is typical of perimenopause, she told me she thought my pain might be fibromyalgia and that I'd need to see someone else for that. She also told me that she thought my recently occurring hot flashes were being caused by the progesterone my primary care physician prescribed to me over a year ago, instead of the more likely cause of recently dropping levels of estrogen. She told me it was normal to have a period that fluctuates from 21 - 32 days, even though that level of fluctuation is a clear indicator of premenopause. She told me it was normal to experience a cessation in my periods if I was physically active. Yet my periods have not stopped and I never said they had. Clearly indicating that she was not listening to a word I was saying. At one point she even told me she thought all my symptoms were likely caused by my gastrointestinal issues and insisted that I was not menopausal at all. Clearly, I am not menopausal. I am peri/premenopausal. That was the whole purpose of my visit - to receive help managing my peri/premenopausal symptoms, but she seemed to have no understanding of them and was incapable of addressing them. I asked for guidance about how to modulate my progesterone and my newly started phytoestrogen intake to better manage my symptoms. She provided none. Instead she suggested I stop taking the progesterone altogether, so she could do a bunch of hormone tests that from my research and the advice of other healthcare professionals are ineffective at providing useful diagnostic/treatment information regarding perimenopause. When I expressed concern about stopping progesterone, she then contradicted herself and told me to keep taking it. She then insisted on administering an unnecessary breast and pelvic exam despite my protests. I told her I had just had both done by my primary care physician. She still insisted. I acquiesced because she told me she would examine for vaginal dryness and thinning, but she didn't or didn't relay her observations. Not only were my needs not addressed, but I left the visit insulted, angry, and revolted by the lack of knowledge and care that she and her staff exhibited. Especially when menopause was listed as one of her services offered on her website and confirmed by her staff over the phone. She shouldn't have that service listed on her website if she is incapable of providing it. Not only is it false advertising, but it is a serious disservice to women, like me, desperately in need of assistance. No one should have to experience the insult and disappointment that I did. Women face so many obstacles in life. Our health and the unique challenges our bodies and its various life stages pose can be very difficult to overcome. We look to women like Dr. Dizoglio for help and guidance. As a woman and a women's health professional - one of the few who might understand these challenges - I expected more from her. The stages of menopause, both before and after, are long and trying. I sought her help for some hope and relief and received nothing but ignorance and dismissal. Dr. Dizoglio was negligent and careless. She ignored me and my concerns and refused to cancel my bill. After many attempts to get it cancelled, I was told by her office manger that they refused to help me because "it doesn't matter how I 'feel' about my visit if a billable service was provided". read more

I have to update my review because after becoming pregnant, this is an entirely different practice. My experience here pre-pregnany was great; a wonderful Nurse Practitioner was in charge of my care, and she was fantastic -- warm, thorough and very kind. She took excellent care of me, as did the rest of the staff so I never had any reason to believe that once I became pregnant, I'd want to go elsewhere. Fast forward to my first appointment at 8 weeks, and there were several red flags. Quite honestly, I just don't care for the way things are handled here. This is my first pregnancy, so I wasn't sure what to expect but after that initial prenatal visit, my husband was ready move on. No longer was I left in the hands of the very capable and genuine NP, but I was told I would see a group of doctors, one at a time over the course of my pregnancy and that one of them would probably deliver the baby, if they were on call. That's fine, ok -- no one-on-one care, and I certainly am not one for hand-holding, so I was game. What I wasn't game for was the general disinterest the doctors seemed to have for me and my baby or the super cold, dry and rushed visits I had with them. One of them barely even looked at me as he was so preoccupied with their computer system, of which he complained about more times to me than actually mentioned my child. He even began to put on a pair of latex gloves after I had explained to the assistant and him that I am allergic to latex. I could see that new computer system he was so preoccupied with was really working out well. Another big issue was their pregnancy consultant. Over the course of an hour, this woman gave me loads of info, tips, pamphlets and scheduling. What she didn't do was check to make sure everything she told me was accurate. For example, she told me that I would need to call 10 days post-test for the results of the genetic testing I had done, as they would only call me if it was bad news. She was adamant about this point and mentioned it several times. A week later, and I received a call from the lab and freaked out only to find out my baby girl was completely healthy and genetically perfect. This consultant also seemed more concerned with my possible weight gain than making sure I was comfortable with the practice, my pregnancy or anything else that may have actually been an issue (I am not and have never been anywhere close to overweight). This, my friend, was the final straw for moi. I called a few days later asking for my files to be transferred to another doctor's office. Without even letting me finish making the request, the woman on the phone cut me off, told me the cost and made no attempt to keep my business or even ask as to why I might be leaving. This reassured me of my decision. Three weeks later, and I called to make sure the files were transferred to the new office, as my check had been cashed. Not surprisingly, it hadn't yet been done and even now, over a month later we're still waiting. I feel it's only fair to rate them with three stars as the general women's care is fantastic and I would highly recommend seeing either of the wonderful Nurse Practitioners who actually take the time to talk to you, listen to you and look you in the eye. However, be wary and know what you're getting into before having them handle your pregnancy. I'm definitely glad I transferred. read more

After becoming pregnant for the first time, I was recommended to this office because they have an office near my job, as well as, near my house. So it was convenient for me at the time. The providence location is where most of my appointments were held. It's very nice when you walk in and I never had any trouble with the receptionists. However, I always experienced a long wait! For one appointment I waited over an hour while I watched people that came in after me being seen before me, that is obviously frustrating. The reason I'm giving this office a low rating is mainly because I was not pleased with the care I received. With this being my first pregnancy, I really didn't know what to expect and luckily it was such an easy pregnancy that I never really had to bother the office so much. My first issue was that at my first appointment the doctor told me that they had many doctors in the practice and with all future appointments they would switch up the doctor who I would be seeing so that I could meet them all before my delivery. Well, to my surprise at my delivery a man showed up that I had never seen before and later found he isn't on their website as in the practice. So I have no idea who delivered my child but at the time I was in so much pain I just wanted to deliver my daughter. While I'm laying on the bed, pushing, the delivering doctor is watching a video on a cell phone. This just added to my irritation. My second issue is that I made it clear at my first appointment my plan to deliver in the Women and Infants ABC room. I was assured that could happen. Well, when I show up to the hospital to deliver I tell the hospital and they let me know that that wouldn't be possible because a patient must have a midwife to deliver there. I find it hard to believe that the practice would not know that especially since they claim to have been servicing Rhode Island women for over 61 years and being affiliated with Women & Infants. I started experiencing Braxton Hick contractions at 7 months pregnant. I was just told that it was normal and that was all. At 36 weeks pregnant, I go into the office for my weekly appt. The doctor went through the visit as normal and simply mentioned it seemed like I was contracting. I stated that I didn't feel anything so asked if they were real or Braxton Hick, and if it meant I would be delivering soon so that I could begin my maternity leave. I was told to just continue my regular day and my body would guide me. Well 2 hours later, at work, my water breaks and company policy was that an ambulance had to be called and I was to wait for them. It caused a big scene and brought unwanted attention. I personally felt like the practice didn't really care to be honest and open with me. They don't care about making/having a personal connection, or interaction. I was just another woman to them whose business they wanted. I made the decision to leave the practice when I became pregnant with my second child. I called them to make an appointment to be seen but knew deep down I wanted to explore other offices. They said they like to see a patient when shes 10 weeks pregnant (I was only 4 weeks). Immediately I started researching other practices, found Women's Care whom by the time I hit the 10 week mark had already seen me twice, given me an ultrasound, done bloodwork, and also given me the sex of the baby due to the Harmony prenatal test. If I had waited for Broadway I would have just been getting my first appointment. I am happy with my decision to leave and I am certain I WILL NOT return to Broadway OBGYN. read more

I was really looking forward to this appt due to all the fantastic reviews on Yelp. I called to make an appt and they scheduled me for a month and a half later. There was no pressing reason for the visit so that was fine with me. They made the appt for 9am, told me where to print the paperwork on their website prior to coming to the appt. so come appt time i had my paperwork reAdy to go and headed out an hour before my appt even tho I only live fifteen minutes away. Due to an accident on 95 I was stuck on the freeway for an hour. I called to let them know what was going on and that I was on my way. With no compassion that I had been sitting in traffic for an hour trying to get there or that my appt had been made for a month and a half, the receptionist immediately tells me i have to reschedule. I explain i have a baby and I have had the appt for so long and I was only a few exits away. She puts me on hold for close to fifteen minutes before responding and then tells me that i was supposed to be there for 830. I explain to her that i was told 9am and that is what i wrote on my calender AND I had an automated message from them confirming my 9am appt. she puts me on hold again, never picks back up but than calls me (while im still holding on the other line). By this point ive already arrived on the street they are on; but she is so incredibly rude to me that I decide not to proceed to my appt. she says to me "the doctor says you can still come but you will be waiting at least an hour before you will be seen." Mind you its only 15 minutes after my scheduled appt time at this time. And that wouldnt have bothered me, waiting since i was late, but it was the blatant disregard for me as a patient the absolute rudeness as if they didnt want me to come at all and the way it was all handled. There are ways to make to handle situations like this. Had the receptionist treated me like a human being and acted even a bit apologetic I would have waited patiently to be seen. Its unfortunate I didnt see a doctor but to me the front of any business is the face of the business and if they cant even make you feel welcome why would I bring them my business and money!?!? This has to be one of the worst dr. offices that I have EVER dealt with. I moved from another state to RI about 4 years ago. I have had a total of 4 visits in the office for yearly exams and a emergency appointment. The Dr. I actually saw was Dr. Crowthers and I had no problem with her at all. My first appointment we went in her office and we spoke about my past history and what I was looking for. So the first appointment was great no issues / concerns to report. Then it comes to year 2...I have my annual exam done and I am told that I will be able to call and check on my results. When I called to check on the results I was told that I needed to call and speak with the dr. directly. Wow this is comforting...they won't tell me anything! I make a call out to the dr. and I leave a message with Roberta. 2 days go by and no call back so I called again. Roberta gave an attitude and wanted to know why I wanted to talk to the dr. I explained that I was calling to get my test results. She place me on hold came back and said everything was fine. 3 days after that I got 2 voicemails from the dr. and that it was urgent that I call her back....i called back and had to leave another message that went unreturned for 4 days. I then got a letter in the mail stating that I needed to call the office in regards to my test results and they have not been able to get in contact with me. That's funny because Roberta told me that I was FINE. I called again and demanded to stay on hold until the dr. was available. Finally was able to speak with the dr. who told me that she never got any of my messages and that Roberta was incorrect with looking at my files. Thankfully I am not dying and needed just to have some retesting done....but still very unsettling when you were told that you were ok. Fast forward to needing to go into the drs office for an emergency visit...I was not able to see the dr. that I normally see as she was out of the office (understandable) so I saw another dr. who I am not even sure of his name. This dr. asked me what my issue was and told me that I was over reacting and that my "issue" was normal. I will spare all details!! He didn't even look at my area of concern, said that I had nothing to freak out about. No meds no nothing...2 weeks later get a bill for $75...for what I am not sure!! I've had enough. I can't stand the office, I can not stand the staff. If my dr. were in another practice I might think about staying. I want to have a child next year and I would not trust them to take care of me and my unborn child. So I called and told them that I would not be staying with the practice. The woman on the phone demanded to know why...so I told her. I told that her attitude is one of the exact reasons. I told her that there practice needs a lot of work and that I needed to change drs. My new dr. office asked that I request that they send over my records. So I sent a faxed request...10 days later I received a bill for $19.50 to get my records sent. Ummmmmm really ?!?!?! This is absurd!! I called the office the moment I got the letter and left a message for the billing manager to call me. She called me and gave me an attitude right at the start of the call. Telling me that it is not her rules and that she doesn't make the rules. She continuously interrupted me and told me I needed to pay it and I can take my issues up with the manager. Ok I paid it. My bp is not worth it to fight with them anymore. Yesterday I called as I needed a new script from them as my new appointment is not for 3 weeks. Barbara called me and rudely told me she will call me in a 1 month but that is it. Went to the pharmacy after work last night and you can probably guess...no meds were called in. I have given them the benefit of the doubt and still nothing has been called into the pharmacy. I just can't take the stress and will NEVER go to this group again. I am originally patient from Women and Infants, Its my first time pregnancy and this Broadway OBGYN called me and told me I have an appointment with them, so at first I was confused because I'm patient from women and Infants but they said they are connected to Women and Infants so I went there to my appointment by the time I get there this lady at front desk telling me that I should keep my appointments with Women and Infants and since I'm still waiting for my insurance card they said I have to pay $150 like, why would I pay $150 yet in Women and Infants even though I don't have my insurance card yet they seeing me. I even called Broadway OBGYN if I can reschedule my appointment cause they called me Friday then my appointment is Wednesday,m it's very short notice for me but the girl who answered said I can't I need to be seen asap cause I'm already nine weeks pregnant so I was like okay. Then when I went there they gonna charge me $150 and sending me back again at women and Infants. Doesn't make any sense they the one who called me out of nowhere thought that they are connected to women and Infants. read more

This office is a disgrace. The doctors are great, I usually see DR Dizzoglio; however the staff is garbage. My first appointment, was canceled by them because of "an error" on their system. I had a UTI and another infection at the time, so I went to the hospital instead. The second apt was canceled due to them telling me that "no one is going to be there and the nurse practitioner is going to be there for only 15 min" when I said fine I'll take the 15 min they turned me away. PS when they turn you away expect to feel no empathy, they make no personal connections with others, even if they are bleeding blood etc. (3 months gap in each apt) I was in pain so I went to the hospital for relief, again. I decided to give them one more chance. Barbara answers the phone, although Denise is usually a little less abrasive. I tell Barbara my aggravations with the inconsistency of the office. She asks me a bunch of questions & says I should go to a walk in, then proceeds to complain about my work schedule. I told her there wouldn't be a problem if I didn't get canceled on 3-5 times over one year. She asks why it's urgent? Even though it's not her business so I tell her my whole story thinking what the hell, maybe she will throw me a bone. After first saying she CANNOT see me because of an $11 balance she connects me to billing for no reason. I call back and say connect me back to Barbara; and she rudely schedules me for the following week after she complains about the 11$. THEN; here's the kicker, She calls me, OF course to cancel that following week, because "prenatals" need to be seen before anyone else. She tried blaming it on the storm that was completely irrelevant bc my apt was for two days after the storm and so I asked who did you give my apt to? And she basically said the girls who were pregnant were more important, stating "we see them first". I've had it with this office. And I think I'm going to get a new doctor. Dr Dizzoglio was great however, it's sad; their whole staff has attitudes and nobody is doing anything about it. read more

So I would like to note first that this is not a review of my doctor rather the woman who took my phone call last Friday afternoon. I had met with Dr. Constance Brennan on two occasions and she was fantastic and I really am disappointed to be leaving her. This is my first ever review and hopefully my last! I just found out that I'm pregnant and called the office late on Friday afternoon to get an appointment as this is my first pregnancy and I don't have the slightest idea of the protocol etc. I was greeted by a less than friendly member of the front office. I didn't receive a 'congratulations' or even the basic question of 'is this your first pregnancy'- just "you wouldn't see Dr. Brennan as she's not an OBGYN so you'll see Dr. Ramos." She didn't say anything about Dr. Ramos, ask if I had a preference in having a female or male doctor (which I do) instead I was given who I was told. The first few minutes were then followed by curt, passive aggressive answers to my justified questions about pre-natal pills taken with other vitamins as well as my possible conception date. At one point she said "that's a question for the doctor" and all I could think was 'yep no kidding!' so I obviously asked if I could speak to a doctor and she said that none were there. I asked if I should call back on Monday or if I can leave a message for someone to call me back and she answered "I suppose I can leave a message." Needless to say I didn't receive a phone call from any doctor yesterday and I have already changed practices. I called today to cancel my appointment and was surprisingly greeted with a lovely lady on the end of the line and I really wished she had answered the phone last Friday instead of the abrasive woman who should never be working in any client service capacity. I really hope that Broadway OBGYN sorts out their front of house as I actually heard two other stories of ladies who had endured similar encounters over the weekend. It's a real shame that my doctor and the equally fantastic nursing staff there are losing business due to a lack of common courtesy that most forward facing staff would normally exhibit. read more

Broadway Ob/Gyn has the potential to be 5 stars! I found most of the doctors to be very kind and attentive however some were down right rude and dismissive. As someone going here for their first pregnancy experience, one would assume they may have questions. I found trying to talk to some doctors were easier and open while others could care less and dismissive of any type of "first time mom" questions . Its all in the roll of the rotation though. I took two stars off because their billing department is downright awful! No follow through, no professionalism, absolutely no responsibilities for any errors on there part. I'm fortunate to have great health insurance which covers all prenatal care and some...I've been battling their billing department because they submitted my bill incorrectly to my insurance company. After speaking with my insurance company, which provided me with the correct code/info to submit the bill under so it would be completely 100% covered, Broadway still has yet to correct this. I've been going back with them for weeks now and each time i go to an appointment they ask if i want to pay my bill! My insurance company told me they haven't heard from them despite them reaching out to them on my behalf several times too and have advised me not to pay it since i'm already covered. I would suggest staying on top of them if you have any issues with them. I've been dealing with the same person and each time i speak with her she is combative and rude. I'm too far along to switch places, but i would most definitely reconsider this place had i known how they operate. Stick with Dr.Ramos, Dr. Pensa, or Dr. Brosco..they are my favorites Dr. Diziglio (Beata) could really work on her bedside manner or find something else to do. read more

this place SUCKS avoid at all costs!! been going for two years and i'm DONE they constantly schedule me at the wrong office or tell me i'm scheduled and never schedule me at all. i've waited for hours. the doctors are "obligated" to only speak about one topic?! they just want to suck money out of you. the call center people are so beyond rude. I can't believe I'm the first to write a review. I had a boy 1 year ago and it had been 14 yeas since my first son so when looking for a doctor a friend recomended Broadway and I can't say enough. Every doctor is absolutely amazing. The care you receive is above and beyond and they are of course associated with Women & Infants Hospital. I would recomend them to anyone who is trying to get pregnant, is pregnant, or just needs their yearly checkups. read more
