I got called to go back and there was no wait time (typically you're sitting and waiting for the doctor) when Dr. Clifford walked in she was friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I definitely recommend this place

I have had two very negative experiences here. I gave them a second chance-and I will never go here…read moreagain. My first appointment was to put in an IUD. It was a nightmare!! The installation device malfunctioned and the strings got stuck in the device. The Nurse Practitioner then had to take the IUD back out. Yup. All in one session-i had to get one put in (extremely painful) and then taken right back out (also extremely painful). I almost passed out. Then she kept telling me how rare this is-as if that's going to make me feel any better! I couldn't get up, because of the pain, and she had zero empathy. She was pressuring me to get up and leave after lying down for only 5 minutes. IT WAS AWFUL!!! My second visit was with a different doctor, and I was hoping it would be better. Sadly, this doctor was also terrible. He was rude and made me uncomfortable. I was there to talk to him about getting my tubes tied because I know I don't want kids, and I don't want anymore IUDs, nor any hormonal birth control. He didn't even introduce himself. He walked in and started with a snarky question-"so how many children do you have?" And seemed pleased with himself. WTF? I said none. I explained the nightmares I have had with IUDs, multiple serious risk factors for giving birth, plus my age (in my 40's), and being sick of negative side effects hormonal birth control. Getting tubes tied seems the best option to me. I also know my body can't handle having children. He told me that women who haven't had kids are likely to regret getting their tubes tied. And he wasn't telling me I couldn't do it-but that he didn't recommend it. Ugh. And then told me just to use a calendar and to plan to not have sex during my most fertile time of month. WTF??? That's your answer?? He was acting like it wouldn't be a big deal if I had a kid. ITS MY BODY AND MY LIFE BRO!!! This guy had a weird attitude with me, and was judgey about me wanting to get my tubes tied without having had children already?? I would not recommend this practice!

There was ample waiting room area, and masks were optional. The care quality was perfect. I use the lifespan portal, and I got my results in a half hour so I could view them before waiting to talk to the dr. The only major drawback is parking, which is limited for a building with this many offices.

I have been contemplating finding a new OBGYN practice since my traumatic birth experience but since the practitioner who was at fault left the practice, I held off. I guess it was not just that practitioner that was the problem. Both the MA/nurse and doctor I saw today were unprofessional and unhelpful with terrible bedside manner. The MA/nurse for some reason thought I was there for a birth control consult; when I said uh no I'm here for a fertility consult she LAUGHED and said "oh I guess the opposite then haha". NOT funny AT ALL to a woman who recently had a miscarriage and is dealing with secondary infertility issues. The Dr refused to order bloodwork or give me a referral and I had to basically beg for an ultrasound. I hate this place. As soon as I can find another practice I will NEVER step foot in here again.

I have been meeting with Dr. Fersan for my pregnancy and I've seen negative reviews about him, but…read moreI can't disagree more. He's honest and straight to the point - which I can see why some people may not appreciate that but I think there's a level of over sensitivity that is not something any doctor can control. I've had a history of very traumatic experiences both with OBs and personal life experiences and he went above and beyond to let me know that everything that happens is up to me at my pace - I had an issue (near miss) with gestational diabetes and I appreciated the frank, straightforward dialogue - I was eating terribly (too much candy and indulgence) and it was the wake up call I needed. I also was wrong about my appointment time once, by an hour and he still took the time to see me. My husband had reservations about me having a male OB but after my discussions with Dr. Fersan and meeting him, he agreed that he's a great doctor. I have a cesarean scheduled for Monday because I had a very bad experience with my firstborn and he's been very helpful and attentive to any of my questions. It seems like women expect a female OB pretty consistently but in my experience if you go in with an open mind you're better off. I also see people complaining about the staff - they all seem lovely and I wait no longer than 5 minutes in the waiting room. Idk maybe people are reviewing a different office?

My medical assistant's name was Haley and she took really good care of me too. She got my weight and my blood pressure then told me Danielle would be right in but Haley asked if it was okay if Danielle's intern came in the room with her and did some of my care. I said " it doesn't matter to me" so Haley stepped out of the room and two seconds later the door opened and in walked Danielle with her intern Dena I'm pretty sure her name was. Dena was so nice she asked me a few questions listened to my heart and lungs and explained the plan for my procedure as well as letting me see the tools she would be using having her explain everything and show me her tools really helped me relax. It wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be it just hurt for a second when she tried putting the speculum in but once she used the brush it felt a lot better. Thanks Miss Danielle and Miss Dena for making my first visit so easy. See you next year
