We stepped aside so we wouldn't hold up the line and watched other guests be warmly greeted and helped. The manager came, asked a question or two, and told her to check us out, but Tiffany didn't. She continued helping others while we stood there waiting respectfully, not trying to cause a scene, feeling embarrassed as people looked at us, wondering what was going on. It wasn't until my husband spoke up that she finally helped us. The delay wasn't the issue. It was the lack of communication and the way we were made to feel. We were treated with suspicion rather than respect, as though we had done something wrong. Customer service isn't just about selling tickets. It's about treating people with dignity, explaining what's happening, and showing basic kindness. You never know what someone may be going through.

It became clear that the employee must've noticed and attempted to soften it in a microwave, but it didn't help much. My 60 year old mother overheated and had to leave the theater. When she asked for a glass of water the staff REFUESED her the WATER and had the nerve to tell her to "enjoy her movie". Needless to say we got our money back and will not be returning. Its disappointing that the experience we can have watching tv at home would have been far better than the disrespectful sweat lodge of a buisiness they are running.
