Being in the business for over 15 years I only expect the best in a venue. When I tell you I had know worries or concerns that evening as a Banquet Director. The minute I stepped in the door I was greeted by Randy and was totally wowed by the overall look and feel of the room. The wonderful bar presented all top shelf liquor and beer served by 2 lovely ladies who were totally knowledgeable of great cocktails which were enjoyed by my guest. A big beautiful dance floor where a beautiful Tappas Station filled with delights: a variety of unique cheeses, olives , salamis, bread, crackers bruschetta etc... awaited guest as they entered the room. Friendly staff, as they passed hors d'oeuvres continuously with warm smiles and white gloves which was a very nice touch. Oh! Randy knew what I wanted in the atmosphere; creating an evening of elegance while a Live Jazz soloist set the tone of the evening!! Soon after , guest were marveled by a well presented lavished buffet featuring some of the finest cuisine by East Coast Catering.
