I work in a nearby call center, we order here once a week, the food is satisfactory and comes in a timely manner. Be careful ordering on Grub Hub as descriptions are highly under explained and the company says they are not accountable. I was unsatisfied with their salads and pastas but the owner is onto something with those lasagna rolls. Overall 3 out of 5 because they feel they should not honor the customer when something is malexplained and the customer requests a refund. read more

This has become one of our most frequently visited places. The food is always good. Never had a bad experience. Your get a lot of food for the price you pay. Staff is very friendly. They will always have our business read more

Simply great pizza! This particular location and business has changed hands about 6 times in the past 12 years. The current owner is doing a great job. The pizza is fantastic. I haven't really tried other items on the menu... why would I it's a pizza place and their pizza is fantastic. read more

Apparently some people over there need to get their hearing checked. Had an item missing from my order that was clearly said when the order was put in but no one heard said item and it was never charged out and I obviously never received it. Never will I order from there again. read more

I've been disappointed recently with the quality of pizza but gave them the benefit of the doubt but it seems to be a routine thing now. We will never be there again. The pizza we ordered was not cooked properly all the cheese was sliding off, I attempted to pick up a slice with two hands just for it to go limp and all cheese slid off. I brought it back with complaints asking them to make a new one. Lady behind the counter argued with me and said it was just cooked and still hot and that's why the cheese slid off. I demanded a refund or new pizza. New pizza was made I had my husband look at it before we left, the lady behind the counter had the audacity to say there's nothing wrong with it just the first one. I never bring food back or complain but to be disrespected like that for shitty food. No thanks I'll take my business elsewhere! Zero stars should be an option! read more

We were not impressed with Broad St Pizza's food. I ordered cheese fries with cheddar cheese. No where on the menu did it say the cheddar cheese would be spicy. That was an automatic$5.00 in the garbage sine I cant eat spicy food. The rest of the food was just mediocre at best. Not on our go to list for return orderes. read more

If I could give this place a 0 star review I would. I paid 15$ for a fucking Sicilian pizza and you send me this fuckery, this is not a Sicilian pizza. This is a normal pizza that just so happens to be in the shape of a rectangle. It looks like they fucking ran out of cheese halfway through and then a parmesan monster sneezed down the middle of it. This is fucking pathetic, and your restaurant is pathetic. I hope you get shut down for health code violations and end up 50,000$ in debt. This is not a Sicilian pizza, this is a large frozen elios pizza. The gyro was good read more

Ordered takeout and it was never delivered. I called the next day and they refused to refund my order.

Perfect sauce, free delivery, and some of the friendliest people you'll ever meet. Highly recommended if you're looking for an awesome mom & pop corner pizza shop! read more

I have had their steak sandwiches at "Jack's" on 191 and i honestly can find none better. I ate half, was full, and heated up the second half the next day and it was really delicious and still in the bun. I think they have great steak sandwiches and Pizza is quite good too. read more

It seems as though this place has gone downhill. When we started ordering pizza from there back in 2013 it was delicious! Delivery times were spot on too. Since then, all I can say is, wow. The customer service is awful, and the pizza is well... Awful. If you want to wait for a good long while, order from here. If you want cheese that is hard and crust that is tough, order from here. I once had a delivery completely messed up and not how I ordered it (my husband and friend were both standing in front of me as I placed the call) the woman argued with me and told me that they made it the way I ordered it. Suffice it to say, we will not be ordering from this place again, which is a shame because I love to order from local businesses. read more

Food is ok. Pizza is actually good most times. Problem with this joint is that I hope you don't have a problem with it...'cause if you do, like "order is wrong" or "special is not honored", you will find out what a cheap prick the owner is. So if they mess up your whole shebang, just choke it down and eat the loss. Trust me. read more

We've been ordering from this place for over 5 years now. It has become our go-to for a quick, healthy dinner (yes, healthy pizzeria food) when we don't want to cook and it's on-the-way. Plus one of our go-to's for when we take food to a party and want to take something unique to feed a lot of people. First the healthy option: their grilled chicken salad is excellent. a chopped chicken breast spread on a wonderful bed of salad that includes lettuce, red onion, tomato, mozzarella cheese, black olives, and (the two best ingredients!) roasted red peppers and artichoke hearts. All kinds of dressings - we always get the 'house balsamic vinaigrette'. It's quality food for 10 bucks. For the party, we get a square Grandma's Pie and ask them to double-cut it. It's got sauce over (yes, over) sliced mozzarella, and basil. A simple, fresh-tasting square pizza that makes great finger food. We have had other things from Broad St, and everything has been pretty good... and the people are pretty nice, too...so we recommend it highly! read more

If you are the type of person that appreciates waiting 90 minutes for a cold pizza to be delivered, then being screamed at that it's your fault, this is the place for you!! They have some association with Jack's Brick's Oven Pizza on Route 191, so you also run the risk of encountering the same treatment at that location as well. Save yourself the aggravation and an hour and half of hunger pains and pass right by this dump, food isn't that great and the owners don't value your business... probably won't be open for much longer. read more

Chris obviously has an agenda and a grudge against the owners of the Pizzeria. I live a block away from Broad Street Pizza and eat there 3 or more times a week. Never had a bad experience. Everything they make is delicious. I've had the pizza and sandwiches and also many of the dinners. Big portions. The pizza crust is the best I've ever eaten. read more

It's a really sad thing when a restaurant cooks good food, but the customer service is so poor that it over shadows the food. Twice I've ordered delivery and they've got it wrong. I gave them a pass on the first, because it was tasty. Last night they sent the wrong burger, no catsup when I requested extra and the hotdog was just a sliced-up weiner between two pieces of limp white bread. And the fries were cold and limp. So I decided to call and let them know about the order. The a-hole answering the phone told me I was wrong and that was what I ordered, and by the way, we ran out of hot dog buns. He then hung up on me. Perhaps all the 4 and 5 star raters are eating in. read more

It makes me so sad to see mediocre reviews for Broad St! Good pizza, reliable delivery, and nice customer service. My favorites are the buffalo chicken pizza, sausage & pepper pizza, & chicken roll (even the small is really big and is so great for leftovers). Doesn't deserve 3 stars. Big fan!! read more

Their customer service is the absolute worst! Ordered lunch for the office and they messed up on a STEAK sandwich. They sent it with cheese and charged for cheese. Called and the guy gave me a hard time. I know what I ordered and he f'd up. Anyway he ended up sending someone with a STEAK sandwich. So we do another lunch order and try to get the difference credited off of the bill for the mistake with the sandwich. The man on the phone says "she is crying about her money what do you want me to do?" Really. Like I said customer service isn't worth s#*t. I have had the cheesesteaks here and they are awesome in my opinion but the service just makes me not want to order from them. read more

Terrible customer service, bad food, stay away from this place! Prices are horrible. Got our food order wrong and only brought half the food ordered. Offered no discount for the inconvenience. Then sent a delivery guy who stank so bad it ruined our appetites. When we called the manager, he called us liars and yelled at us! Save your self a headache and lots of money by eating at Lehigh Pizza! read more

My first time and last time ordering from Broad Street Pizzeria. Ordered delivery today, speed was a turtles pace-it was promised for a certain time, and was over 30 minutes late. The delivery person literally dropped the food and ran-didn't say one word to me. The food was horrible-fries were soggy and cold, the cheesesteak had onions on it-I specifically said no onions. Very disappointed in this order-I ended up throwing the food away-it was horrible. read more

Went in for the first time today. I've been on a mission to find a very good pizza place in Bethlehem as I have a rotation of my favorite restaurants (The Wooden Match, Thai Thai, Roma), but no restaurants close by whose pizza I really love. This place fits the bill. Ingredients taste high quality and what makes their pizza is a perfect thin and crisp crust. I'd highly recommend stopping in and I'm sure I'll be back often. read more

Pizza is really good. But I had such a horrible experience with the rude woman who answers the phone that I refuse to give them any more of my service. On one occasion we were delivered the wrong food and when we called to tell them she fought with me telling me that's what I ordered. Which is weird because she didn't even take the order. She was so aggressive I've that we just kept the food. read more
