Taco Tuesday ... HOOAH! We saw the sign for Taco Tuesday with tacos ranging from €1 to €2 and the menu had some things my wife would like, so we asked for a table outside. The gentleman told us that he would be right with us, but we waited 15 minutes to be seated, too long. We were hungry and it was late, so we stuck around. I asked for a Margarita (€7), not knowing the price, even though I had asked for a Drinks menu, not available, something I hardly ever do because that is a sure sign that the drinks are expensive. It came in a small glass, maybe 8 ounces, and was filled with ice, having taken maybe three small sips to finish it off, 3-4 ounces of liquid max and extremely weak ... FUBAR! My wife's first choice, the Philly Cheesesteak (€11) was not available, so she decided on the Pulled Pork Sandwich (€9). I wanted the Al Pastor tacos (€1.50), but they were also out, crap, so I ordered two Carnitas (€1.50 each) and two Steak tacos (€2 each). My better half did not like the taste of the pulled pork, but it tasted fine to me. Her french fries were abundant, but were too salty, even for those of us who like salt on our fries. My tacos were on small 'street taco' tortillas with a reasonable amount of meat, but only some onions and radishes, no cilantro. They were actually pretty good, but not filling, so I polished off what was left of my wife's pulled pork sandwich and a few fries. For €1 to €2 a pop, I was not complaining. The service was good once we got seated and the food was decent, but the lack of available options and the price of my itty-bitty margarita would ensure that we do not return any time soon. I highly recommend this place! The teriyaki wings and loaded fries are hands down my favorite. The brunch here is also fantastic I usually order the chicken and waffles. They make good cocktails too! The Veracruz menu they serve is also good with the carnitas burrito! read more

Food has good flavor. We had the asada tacos, asada fries and chipotle chicken burrito. Only downside is the amount of meat that is on the meals. It could use more. The burrito was 90% rice. If it had more meat, would be five stars. read more

Had the grilled cheese for brunch and thought it was delicious. Accompanied with roasted potatoes that had the right amount of crisp and seasoning. I also tried the chicken and waffles here and thought they tasted fine, but probably something i would not order again since nothing stood out to me. Prices are decent but service was a bit slow, even for Rota standards. Maybe it was an off day and they were short staffed when i ate here, hopefully this isn't an ongoing issue. While living in Rota I absolutely enjoyed going to Brixton for a night out. The owner has brought the San Diego gastropub feel to Rota perfectly. Craft cocktails and bomb food. Also, for those who are pregnant they make awesome mocktails!! Miss going to this place since we moved. read more

Staff takes forever to make drinks and they are not very friendly. The food is off the chain though. And they've got hookah. Always a plus!

The food here is pretty superb, and you can't really go wrong with any option on the menu. However, I was disappointed with the Moscow Mules. They tasted like lemonade rather than ginger and lime. There are tv's available to watch requested games and wifi is also available. read more

OK. I just arrived in Rota and was muy impressed by the beer selection, the menu and the two gorgeous girls that worked all night to serve a large crowd. I will return tonight as this is my favorite bar in Rota, Spain. read more
