As a disclaimer, I'm not a big fan of pork or lamb, but I still wanted to give it a try. Unfortunately, it wasn't spicy at all, so if you're looking for something with a little heat, I'd probably order something else. Overall, it wasn't bad--just not really for me. Now, the bartender? Absolute MVP. Great conversation, great energy, and honestly made the experience. The bar itself is super cute and cozy, with big armchairs in the front that make you want to cancel your plans and stay awhile. I'd come back for the vibes, the service, and a drink--just maybe not that sandwich.

The staff is extremely nice and welcoming, and not to mention they speak both Spanish and English. The food is doubly delicious. Specializing in Cuban style cuisine, they have it all. The fried plantains are great as well as the fried octopus. The Cuban dishes are the perfect portion, not too much but not too little. However, the food is relatively pricy, so know before you go (around €20 for a drink and entree). Speaking of drinks, I had a large mojito and they know how to do it up right. Honestly, this place is great and a sight to behold. From the ambiance to the food to the vista, what's not to like. Enjoy!

The guacamole that came on top didn't taste like guacamole, it tasted sour cream with some other spices added to it. I also ordered the molly sandwich, which can be compared to a chicken club sandwich. It is a huge sandwich that can be shared. Served on a toasted mollete with chicken, BLT, fried onions, a fried egg and cheese. the chicken seemed a bit dry and it probably would have been tastier if they grilled it fresh. the sandwich was good but i probably would not order it again. My friend ordered the wings and also spring rolls. I didn't try them, but the comment on the wings were that they were bit hard to chew on. They were pleasantly surprised with the taste of the spring rolls but felt they could have given 4 pieces instead of 3 for the price. They have certain nights where they hold live music and karaoke. The place itself isn't small, but it isn't big either. There is outdoor seating. Street parking only. Overall, i thought it was just ok. Would i go here on my own? Maybe not, but I would not be opposed to going if a group of friends decided to meet here.

Taco Tuesday ... HOOAH!…read more We saw the sign for Taco Tuesday with tacos ranging from €1 to €2 and the menu had some things my wife would like, so we asked for a table outside. The gentleman told us that he would be right with us, but we waited 15 minutes to be seated, too long. We were hungry and it was late, so we stuck around. I asked for a Margarita (€7), not knowing the price, even though I had asked for a Drinks menu, not available, something I hardly ever do because that is a sure sign that the drinks are expensive. It came in a small glass, maybe 8 ounces, and was filled with ice, having taken maybe three small sips to finish it off, 3-4 ounces of liquid max and extremely weak ... FUBAR! My wife's first choice, the Philly Cheesesteak (€11) was not available, so she decided on the Pulled Pork Sandwich (€9). I wanted the Al Pastor tacos (€1.50), but they were also out, crap, so I ordered two Carnitas (€1.50 each) and two Steak tacos (€2 each). My better half did not like the taste of the pulled pork, but it tasted fine to me. Her french fries were abundant, but were too salty, even for those of us who like salt on our fries. My tacos were on small 'street taco' tortillas with a reasonable amount of meat, but only some onions and radishes, no cilantro. They were actually pretty good, but not filling, so I polished off what was left of my wife's pulled pork sandwich and a few fries. For €1 to €2 a pop, I was not complaining. The service was good once we got seated and the food was decent, but the lack of available options and the price of my itty-bitty margarita would ensure that we do not return any time soon.
