I paid for delivery and assembly this past Saturday, but the delivery guy dropped off the furniture stacked on top of each other on two huge wooden slats that I could not even move. I reported a complaint to corporate and they emailed me back trying to set up a time to come assemble the furniture, but by that time I had already hired someone else to do it for me. That same night there was a huge flooding scare in OKC, so I'm grateful for the other company who helped me out. Home Depot refused to give me a discount but offered me a $50 gift card instead. I will think twice before shopping at this Home Depot and probably other locations as well. What an awful experience!
