I read a few reviews about Stacy and decided to make an appointment. When I first got to the shop I was a little early, she was still working on another client but after introducing herself she quickly included me into their conversation. Once it was my turn, I showed her a few pictures of what I was looking for and explained what I DIDN'T want (I've had a couple bad experiences) she reassured me that she'd take care of me. Stacy was so easy to talk to as she cut my hair, we had a lot in common, she also did an AMAZING job on my hair, I was truly impressed!! I was introduced to her by my roommate over a year ago, and, since then, I've converted many of my friends and we all adore her!! Aside from being the cutest, sweetest, most pleasant person in the world- her prices are extremely fair for the incredible quality of work she does. I always book my appointments with her after each session and that works well for me. She is the type of person genuinely cares for her clients. I waited 25 minutes past my appointment time, I was understanding because I know timing things can get tricky. Once I was seen I felt like the stylist was rushing. She cut my hair in 10 minutes and wasn't being thorough and doing the things that are normally done to ensure even hair. When I saw my hair I was shocked but thought maybe I was just not seeing it correctly. At home when I was checking my hair it was completely uneven and I realized what I saw at the salon was true. I ended up rushing to a salon near my house called The Jaycie Collective and they took me in even though they didn't have walk ins, they squeezed me in anyways just to fix my hair. one side was totally longer than the other and the back was also completely messed up.
