gonna start off with i did not get any cats from her. i don't know maybe it was just me but i wasn't vibing with the seller. i really wanted one of her kittens listed but the way she texted me seemed hostile. i asked for the kittens coloring, eyes, and paws and she got defensive about it asking if i was a breeder because she will not sell to a breeder. i explained to her that i am not a breeder and she said that she would spay/neuter her cats before selling them. then why even ask me if i was a breeder if you were gonna get them spayed/neutered? anyway, i let it go and we set up an appointment to meet up. i think she didn't even remember that i made an appointment with her because when i rang the doorbell no one answered so i had to call her. she told me her house is under construction and i came with a friend (just in case) and we were not pleased with the odor. met the kitten and there were a lot of crusties on the eyes of the baby;( the seller didn't talk to me directly she mostly talked to my friend about the cat and my friend isn't even buying. my friend did try to redirect her to me but idk the lady didn't care. i didn't want to overstay my welcome so i told her i will keep in touch with her. i texted her that same day i met her to ask her more info about the kitten and asked her to send me any videos/photos of her growth and she asked why i needed to see the cat when i saw her already. usually, the cattery/breeder sends me photos of the kittens progress or even her family history. she kept asking me if i wanted to reserve the kitten because she never got a deposit. so i got confused and asked about her policy because i didn't know that she wanted a deposit. her text messages are not clear and she does not answer everything. she then sent me her website and said deposit through zelle/paypal/venmo but under friends/family. it seemed like she wasn't willing to give out any more information unless i gave her a non-refundable deposit. i talked to my husband about it and he said it's not a good idea. so i told her we will think about it... i have never had this experience before! every breeder/cattery i contact are very friendly and this lady just didn't seem like she wanted any of my business. read more

We bought a kitten from Natalya back in August and he has been such a great addition to our family of 6! We have 4 kids (7,5,4,&3months) and Bill (the cat) gets along so well with everyone. He is so incredibly patient with them and once the kids are in bed he is my snuggle buddy on the couch, until the zoomies set in. He becomes a cat ninja He is such a goof ball and has brought us so much joy. Natalia is amazing. You can tell she loves her cats. She sent us home with all of Bill's records and it was very easy to transition him to a vet that was local to us. Natalya raises her kittens with love and kindness and it shows in the personality of the kitten. I got a healthy female kitten from her around a month ago who is affectionate, playful and loves cuddles. I did ask her about one of the reviews posted here and more than anything else, Natalya was truly saddened and angered by the loss of one of her little kittens. Aside from being super helpful and professional during the entire process, Natalya is approachable via email and always ready to answer questions. We purchased Max from Natalya the owner of Britland Cattery in December 2014. He died after 6 months from the FIP Virus. She refused to help or take any responsibility. We are filing a lawsuit against her so called "Cattery" which is really a small nasty apartment. Save yourself the grief of watching your kitty die like we had to. Watch this video of the last day Max was alive. Do your homework. We will never get over what this lady did to us. After $3000 all we are left with is the memory of Max slowing dying from FIV. He was sick the moment he arrived at our house. We have all the bills and evidence but unfortunately the only way to teach this lady a lesson is to spend more money in a lawsuit. Our aim is not to recoup our losses, rather to prevent any other family to have to go through what we did. My 4 year old still runs around the house looking for Max...
