I pay $70 a month for four 30 minute group swim lessons. Only once was my son paired with another child for a swim lesson. The other three times we got a private 20 minute lesson for the price of a group lesson because there weren't any other children signed up in that time slot. There is also an annual family registration fee for $35 I believe. They sell goggles, caps, kick boards, towels and suits for a great price. I could find them cheaper anywhere else. All the other swim lesson places charge more than twice as much as Sea Sports and I can't imagine better service.

At most my children have had to share an instructor with one other student but often have the instructors all to themselves. Instruction seems very intimate and individualized. The instructors immediately Established rapport with my children. They waste no time getting straight to skills. You can tell the skills are sequenced and well thought out. My four-year-old with few skills was able to swim across the pool on her own today after only four lessons. All these initial lessons have been focused on recovery and keeping my girls safe in the water. I can't say enough good things about Sea Sports. All the other parents I've talked to there are equally happy about the instruction.

The first was with me and now with my daughter. When the issue was presented to Management (Mitchell) he made excuses and didn't seem like it was a big deal!!!!! When asked if I could have the number for corporate he said "I can only give you an email address" which I found to be strange! He finally was able to provide a phone number to which I was able to speak with someone regarding my issue! Mitchell (Manager) actually hung up in our face b/c he said we weren't allowing him to speak. Well Mitchell if you had your kid to almost drown wouldn't you be upset!!!! Luckily you're dealing with mom and grandma because if you had to deal with Dad it wouldn't be so mild! There's NO EXCUSE PERIOD! NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!

Suzy has been beyond accommodating to my ever changing work schedule, & to any vacations I decide to take on the fly. While we are scheduled for group sessions often it's solely my eight year old son in the pool for 30 mins. There have been busy (peak) hours which we have experienced and have changed to better accommodate avoidance of a crowd. My son has been doing swimming lessons for 4 years now (our second business for lessons in same pool location), our focus now being relay style lessons to possibly pursue a casual summer swim team. That's also one thing to note also that the pool belongs to the adjoining Scuba/Dive shop. All in all with more consistent help we have continued to enjoy our weekly lessons with Miss Suzy and swimming stages.
