He just yelled at me and still didn't tell me why. I have no idea who or why he was there. Cane other days when pool was support he open and they had signs saying closed" when it was supposed to be open. They don't really have a good amount of machines other than tons of treadmills compared to LA fitness. And as others mentioned they stay broken a long time. But I need to work my back and don't use free weights. The hot sauna was broken for MONTHS! And was so unclean inside. I couldn't believe I had been sitting in there. But I'm sure it was due to the lady exfoliating herself and no one cleaning it! It makes me want to vomit thinking of it. I wanted a water yoga class but they didn't have evening classes for me. Only during the day when I couldn't go. For a large expensive place it makes no sense they could not hire for evening classes. Kids area-while I don't trust anyone to watch my kids personally, my best friend had a terrible experience there. Other kids would bully her kids and staff didn't seem to care. She could only take her kids a set limited time during the day so too bad if you can't make that block of time despite the fact you pay twice as much to bring kids you can literally only go when they say you can because pools and splash pads for kids aren't open or are closed constantly. The last straw was her son was arguing with his sibling as siblings do, but it was handled terribly. Instead of going to get her if there was indeed a problem , the staff dragged him down the hallway and when he thought he was out of sight, she saw him throw him on the ground. She happened to have come down for pick up at the time and was following them wondering why he had her son down a secluded hallway alone, He didn't apologize or anything. The front desk has two people working, so even if one is on the phone, you are greeted by another member. Everyone I have encountered have been so friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Once you are signed up, they give your child a color specific wrist band, so the instructors and staff members know where to direct them. All the instructors have customized shirts with names on the back, which is super helpful to me because I can't remember faces as quickly. They don't make it a point where they speak with you after every swim lesson to give feedback on your child. However, towards the end of the week session or however long you signed up for, you are allowed to go to the other side of the pool and watch your child and then you can ask and/or discuss whatever you want. When I signed my son up, he was in for an "intense" weeklong session where he went every day for 2 weeks for 30 minutes a day. He started off as a "guppy". He did the session with 2-3 other kids, so technically I was paying for only 10 minutes of swim time. However, it was still worth it because he was young, and I think seeing other kids swim helps comfort him and gave him confidence. He cried on the first day, BUT his instructor, Miss Mary Lou was super sweet and was able to calm him down. At the end of the session, he was all smiles and couldn't wait to come back. When I signed up, my son got a shirt and a booklet. That booklet is super cute and helpful! It's a fun comic for the kid, but it also tells me what to expect because they basically explained everything in there. I'm telling you, their organization is great. They thought of everything! After the guppy session, he was advanced to the next level: goldfish. We transitioned to him swimming 1 day a week with other kids again. However, when private lessons popped up, we switched. I highly recommend private 1 on 1 sessions because you get the whole 30 minutes. The instructors do teach the entire 30 minutes and never stop a minute early, which is nice. You can rest assure you're paying for the entire time. I like the private sessions because I feel like my son was able to learn more. Mr. Luke was his private instructor, and he was awesome. He pushed him, which I appreciated. Of course, when my son showed signs of fatigue or was overwhelmed, I saw Mr. Luke adjusted his methods a bit, but he didn't "baby" him. The place has lots of changing rooms and a huge shower room for the kids. There is also lots of places for parents to sit and watch their child. Although a lot of people come and go, it doesn't feel overly crowded or claustrophobic. When your child passes the float test, they have a super cute tradition where the child gets to place their handprint anywhere on the wall and write their name. It just makes the child's experience more special and memorable. Overall, I highly recommend this place! This was a great place for my son to start off learning how to swim.

April was our instructor and we had a small class of 4 people. Classes are held in the pool. I was a little scared of falling in the water and everyone did at one point but we mostly stayed on the boards doing the various yoga poses. The class was about 50 minutes long and very well worth the cost of 45.00. We were able to tighten the tether to keep the boards from shifting so much during class. They offer other dates and times and also Pilates.

There was no attempt to explain things professionally, just ultimatums. I filed a formal complaint with management, but I think other members should know this happened, since I do not think this reflects how staff should treat paying customers.

Unfortunately the repairs didn't hold and we watched $1,375 dollars worth of water run down the hill. After many calls and no-shows, they came an fixed it. Naively we again filled the pool and again it didn't hold. Another $750 worth of water down the drain (literally). After many messages and a request for a refund, we're having to resort to a legal process to get our money back.

I opened my 32,000 gallon in-ground pool on May 19 2017 this year only to find the pool half empty. The pool company I've been using the last few years doesn't replace liners so they recommended another local pool company. On May 22 2017 I contacted the recommended company and provided them some specifics related to the size of my pool. They stated that they would get back to me with a quote and that I was fourth on their list; they service one or two customers per week. My status inquiries to this company were ignored so I contacted Aquatic Dream Pools on July 11th. Dave Hjelm, from Aquatic Dream Pools, arrived on July 11th to take some measurements and said that the new liner would arrive in two or three weeks and that it would take one day to install the new liner. The liner arrived and was installed on August 8th. Within a day, it was clear that other problems existed as the water level dropped considerably over that time frame. I contacted Aquatic Dream Pools and Dave and Malcolm arrived and began looking for the leak. A week and a half into troubleshooting process, we thought the leak had been located and repaired. When the water level was brought back up to normal levels, the pool had dropping about 2 inches of water over a 24 hours period. Once again I contacted Aquatic Dream Pools and Dave and Malcolm were back out looking for leaks. Over the course of another week and a half, an additional leak was discovered and repaired. Aquatic Dream Pools took ownership of my pool problems and was determined to get the pool operating leak free. Dave and Malcolm must have been to my home an additional 8 or 9 times looking for leaks and their stick-to-itiveness is especially noteworthy. Oh, did I mention that those additional trips were at no additional cost to me? Needless to say, I highly recommend Aquatic Dream Pools and they will be my pool company of choice going forward. Customer service on this level is very hard to find these days.
