The front desk has two people working, so even if one is on the phone, you are greeted by another member. Everyone I have encountered have been so friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Once you are signed up, they give your child a color specific wrist band, so the instructors and staff members know where to direct them. All the instructors have customized shirts with names on the back, which is super helpful to me because I can't remember faces as quickly. They don't make it a point where they speak with you after every swim lesson to give feedback on your child. However, towards the end of the week session or however long you signed up for, you are allowed to go to the other side of the pool and watch your child and then you can ask and/or discuss whatever you want. When I signed my son up, he was in for an "intense" weeklong session where he went every day for 2 weeks for 30 minutes a day. He started off as a "guppy". He did the session with 2-3 other kids, so technically I was paying for only 10 minutes of swim time. However, it was still worth it because he was young, and I think seeing other kids swim helps comfort him and gave him confidence. He cried on the first day, BUT his instructor, Miss Mary Lou was super sweet and was able to calm him down. At the end of the session, he was all smiles and couldn't wait to come back. When I signed up, my son got a shirt and a booklet. That booklet is super cute and helpful! It's a fun comic for the kid, but it also tells me what to expect because they basically explained everything in there. I'm telling you, their organization is great. They thought of everything! After the guppy session, he was advanced to the next level: goldfish. We transitioned to him swimming 1 day a week with other kids again. However, when private lessons popped up, we switched. I highly recommend private 1 on 1 sessions because you get the whole 30 minutes. The instructors do teach the entire 30 minutes and never stop a minute early, which is nice. You can rest assure you're paying for the entire time. I like the private sessions because I feel like my son was able to learn more. Mr. Luke was his private instructor, and he was awesome. He pushed him, which I appreciated. Of course, when my son showed signs of fatigue or was overwhelmed, I saw Mr. Luke adjusted his methods a bit, but he didn't "baby" him. The place has lots of changing rooms and a huge shower room for the kids. There is also lots of places for parents to sit and watch their child. Although a lot of people come and go, it doesn't feel overly crowded or claustrophobic. When your child passes the float test, they have a super cute tradition where the child gets to place their handprint anywhere on the wall and write their name. It just makes the child's experience more special and memorable. Overall, I highly recommend this place! This was a great place for my son to start off learning how to swim.

Although it's their job and summer tends to bring on younger instructors and they are qualified some don't have the patience or drive for toddlers. If you can find your way to work around a young man named Christians' schedule I strongly suggest this This young man is way over qualified and his patience with the toddlers show and they hang on every one of his words. I can't say enough great things about him and amazed how much my daughter has learned so far. He deserves a raise and other parents I spoke with noticed this as well. So as much as this place is great I highly recommend Christian if your child needs swim lessons.

April was our instructor and we had a small class of 4 people. Classes are held in the pool. I was a little scared of falling in the water and everyone did at one point but we mostly stayed on the boards doing the various yoga poses. The class was about 50 minutes long and very well worth the cost of 45.00. We were able to tighten the tether to keep the boards from shifting so much during class. They offer other dates and times and also Pilates.

My wife, our son, and I recently signed up for a family membership here, paying a premium $350 a month. As a below-the-elbow amputee, my options at any gym are highly restricted. I have to bring my own adaptive equipment to use the machines, which severely limits what I can physically do on the floor. I showed up around 5:30 PM and, understandably during peak hours, the few upper-body machines I could use were occupied. I decided to pivot and do lower body instead. I went to use a squat rack that was completely empty. However, staff stopped me and said I wasn't allowed to use it because a small CrossFit class was taking place in that section. Even though the specific platform I needed was entirely unoccupied, they refused to let me use it due to a rigid blanket policy. Denying an amputee access to an unused machine when my options are already so limited is ridiculous. I went to the front desk manager hoping for some common sense, but they were completely dismissive and unaccommodating. I'm not looking for special handouts, just basic logic and respect from a facility charging premium prices. Because of this complete lack of customer service and absolute refusal to apply common sense, I immediately canceled my personal portion of the membership. If you have any sort of physical limitation, do not expect this gym or its management to accommodate you.

The waitstaff are friendly and attentive, and if you buy the X-Life add-on to your membership, it's well worth it if you eat at the restaurant at least a few times per month. Special weekly events, like Tasting Tuesdays and Pasta Night on Thursdays, add variety by offering items not on the regular menu. Mark & Christian added me to their schedule on Saturday (Memorial Day weekend). They arrived at 8:00pm after servicing all of their established customers for the day. My pool was in bad shape, it was green, had tons of algae and was chemically depleted. The level of professionalism, knowledge and customer service was something I've never experienced before, especially with pool service! They worked until 10pm, not taking a single short cut and explaining each step they were doing. The results, after just 12 hours, are incredible! You guys have earned a loyal and grateful customer! Thank you for working all those crazy hours, it is so much appreciated!

I opened my 32,000 gallon in-ground pool on May 19 2017 this year only to find the pool half empty. The pool company I've been using the last few years doesn't replace liners so they recommended another local pool company. On May 22 2017 I contacted the recommended company and provided them some specifics related to the size of my pool. They stated that they would get back to me with a quote and that I was fourth on their list; they service one or two customers per week. My status inquiries to this company were ignored so I contacted Aquatic Dream Pools on July 11th. Dave Hjelm, from Aquatic Dream Pools, arrived on July 11th to take some measurements and said that the new liner would arrive in two or three weeks and that it would take one day to install the new liner. The liner arrived and was installed on August 8th. Within a day, it was clear that other problems existed as the water level dropped considerably over that time frame. I contacted Aquatic Dream Pools and Dave and Malcolm arrived and began looking for the leak. A week and a half into troubleshooting process, we thought the leak had been located and repaired. When the water level was brought back up to normal levels, the pool had dropping about 2 inches of water over a 24 hours period. Once again I contacted Aquatic Dream Pools and Dave and Malcolm were back out looking for leaks. Over the course of another week and a half, an additional leak was discovered and repaired. Aquatic Dream Pools took ownership of my pool problems and was determined to get the pool operating leak free. Dave and Malcolm must have been to my home an additional 8 or 9 times looking for leaks and their stick-to-itiveness is especially noteworthy. Oh, did I mention that those additional trips were at no additional cost to me? Needless to say, I highly recommend Aquatic Dream Pools and they will be my pool company of choice going forward. Customer service on this level is very hard to find these days.

Unfortunately the repairs didn't hold and we watched $1,375 dollars worth of water run down the hill. After many calls and no-shows, they came an fixed it. Naively we again filled the pool and again it didn't hold. Another $750 worth of water down the drain (literally). After many messages and a request for a refund, we're having to resort to a legal process to get our money back.
