I want to thank Hans and Alex who took hands on from the beginning to the end with our Jaguar. Hans and his team of mechanics at British Car Service is honest and to the point of what is needed to correct the issues on our Jaguar F-Type convertible WITHOUT the sales pitch. After coming home from work one evening our Jag had a really strong gas smell coming from the front engine. Called British Car Service the next morning and spoke with Hans and explained to him of the issue and made an appointment to have our vehicle to get towed in. Day of the drop off of our vehicle I also requested I may need a rear differential oil change and Hans said it was not needed since it's only needed after 150K miles (we only had 70K miles on our car). Hans called me the next day of their findings of the gas smell. It was the rear bank 1 fuel feed line that Stewart's Automotive in Sacramento that damaged installing the new fuel pump and injectors (cost me $3000 for this job with Stewarts Automotive). I used to be a long time client of 18 years of Stewart's Automotive but NEVER again cause of all the issues they have caused with my vehicle. It was one thing after another and I questioned their work which now confirms my concerns. The day can came when Alex calls me that my car is ready for pick up. Came in and he showed me the damaged parts. Our car runs like a champ again. I cannot say enough of how thankful my wife and I are that we finally found a British auto mechanic that is to the point and honest of what needs repairs and what does not. Thank you again.

Prices were much more reasonable in comparison to dealership. I was informed of the costs prior to any work being done. This is my second time trusting stress free auto with my car. They did a wonderful job on my break repair service last year. I was kept updated and informed of their work progress. I would encourage them to continue with the updated communication to customers as it does help ease your mind. I would recommend this business.

The waiting area is clean, there are snacks, coffee, places to charge. The people are friendly. They do a multi-point digital inspection where they send you a photo of everything they checked, whether it needs service or not. That's genuinely cool, and it's included when you have service done. But you, the customer, are absolutely overpaying for that service, and I believe that's where the cost of all that technology lives. For my 2019 Subaru Crosstrek, I was quoted $763.49 for front brakes and rotors, $707.48 for rear, and $150.39 for cabin and engine air filters. They also recommended a brake fluid flush at $244.95. With tax, over $2,000. I looked up what these should cost. Brakes and rotors on my car at an independent shop run $600-1,100. The flush should be $90-150 - even a dealership would charge around $180-220, still less than their quote. I called five other shops, all within a mile or two. Every single one was under $1,000 for brakes and rotors. The shop I chose did brakes, rotors, and filters for $592.73 - less than half of what Stress-Free quoted for brakes and rotors alone, before tax. This wasn't an isolated incident. My synthetic oil change was quoted at $127 - meanwhile, the fair price for my car is $75-90. They only came down when I called and mentioned a competitor's pricing. You shouldn't have to negotiate a fair price on something as basic as an oil change. The last time I was here, they put a branded license plate frame on my car and told me it'd get me $20 off my next visit. That $20 was never applied. It's a promise they didn't keep, on a car they branded for free. And as long as that frame is on my car, I'm driving around advertising a shop that overcharged me on every service & basically telling everyone I'm a sucker who happily overpays for things. I removed it the second I got home. Their transparency did help me, just not in the way they intended. Seeing every item priced out made it easy to compare. Once I did, the gap was impossible to ignore. The technology is nice. The people are nice. The inspection with photos is cool, and it's free. But you're paying for it, and what you're paying is two to three times what honest shops - or even dealerships - charge for the same work.

The service techs don't do that here. You let them know what you need, you pull into the garage and sit in your car as the magic takes place. They will top off fluids, if needed put air in your tires and let you know if anything else may need to be handled in the future. They are not pushy. Oh, and they are quick! Not NASCAR quick but I'm talking quick. They are amazing techs who get the job done, who take pride in their work. I've been there 4 times and each experience has been positive. Give them a try! There was absolutely no pressure or upselling, just straight-up documentation of what looked good, and what needed help. I came back the next day and got valve covers and timing belt replaced. Word to the wise: There's a waiting area and restaurants nearby, but the shop is so busy if you are in a hurry you don't wait for them to call. I dropped off my car at 8:30, but there was already two other folks in the shop's dual bays. They said it might take half an hour to take care of the other clients and then 2.5 - 3 hours to take care of business. I waited at the Starbucks across the way and showed up a little after 12... and the car was ready to go! I could've shown up earlier but Dom hadn't had a chance to call me. I appreciate Green Rider's speed, efficiency, clarity, and fair pricing. Thank you!!

When I got there, Isaias greeted me and once I told him what I needed he directed me to the waiting room. Andre came out and explained to me they had the Rain-X brand, to replace both would be about $60. Seemed steep but everything is these days, so I had him do the replacement and I waited in the waiting room. While I was waiting Andre mentioned their top off policy from my last visit and he went ahead and topped off all my oil and fluids in the car at no charge. Total wait time was under twenty minutes and I was on my way with new windshield wipers and fully topped off oil and fluids. Not a bad visit for $60 if you ask me. What impressed me even more was that he found a coupon to help lower the cost of my service. That's the kind of attention to detail that keeps customers coming back. The pricing was fair, the process was straightforward, and the wait time was unbelievably fast. I've had plenty of oil changes over the years, and I can honestly say this was one of the quickest and smoothest experiences I've had. I've sent my wife here before, and she always had positive things to say, but experiencing it myself gave me a whole new appreciation for this location. The staff works like a well-oiled machine--friendly, efficient, and focused on making sure customers leave satisfied. In a time when great customer service seems harder and harder to find, this team reminded me what it looks like when people actually take pride in their work. I came in expecting just an oil change and left impressed by the entire experience. Some businesses simply provide a service. This Jiffy Lube creates an experience. They've officially earned a permanent spot in my maintenance rotation, and if every shop operated like this one, getting your car serviced would be something you'd actually look forward to.

I don't know, but I went in to get my seats cleaned because an Uber passenger had vomited in my back seat, and so I paid them $100.00 to clean my seats (it used to be $60.) The rest of the day yesterday, I could still smell the vomit in my car, but I thought maybe it was the cleaning chemicals or something. Today I got in the car and it still smells like vomit. I put my nose up near the seat where the incident had happened, and the sour vomit smell is still there. So I called to let them know this. I was told I could come back and spend another $50.00 to spray some odorizer or something to clear up the smell. And I would also recieve a new cabin air filter. This is the second time I've had to have my seats cleaned for this reason (uber drunk vomit) and the last time it was sixty bucks and no more vomit smell. It seems to me that the ONE HUNDRED BUCKS I gave them should have been enough to not have my car smell like puke anymore! I am going to have to find a new place to have my car seats cleaned if this happens again. Pavilion Car Wash has gone down the tubes, sadly.

They responded very quickly, priced fairly, and even provided time slots they had open, so I headed to the shop that same Saturday. When I arrived, they quickly directed me to pull in to start the service. It seems like I had just sat down when they called me back out to show me the the underside of the van. They wanted to know where I'd done the prior oil changes since whoever did them had stripped the tread on the pan from tightening the bolt too tight. I could clearly see that what they were saying was true and the pan had no tread and had been leaking oil this whole time. There really would be no way to do the oil change without also changing the pan. I asked how much that replacement would cost, and told them to go ahead complete the repair along with the oil change. This is my mom's mini van that I was going to drive back down to LA, so definitely wanted to ensure I was safe. I was told it would take 2-3 hours, but was quickly out in about 1.5. They even provided a discount when I paid since the repair was unexpected and fast, which I really appreciate. They pointed out some other concerns, but did not force any repairs on me, which I am grateful for. Will definitely be coming back for any future oil changes and repairs.
