On Wednesday of this week I knew I was driving out of town and decided probably be a good idea to get an oil change-so as I usually do,I went to Jiffy Lube near my work located at 3447 Marconi Avenue. I've always loved this location as I have a very long term relationship with them-I would say I have been bringing my cars here for well over 10 years-I bring my wife's car here,my daughters bring their cars here-it's been nothing but good experiences every time I come here. I will admit though I do things a little different than most customers in that when I go to Jiffy Lube I always drive there from my work then drop my car off and walk back to work and then come back a few hours later to pick it up-saves me time and allows them to get to my car at their leisure.Its really been a system that has always worked out for me On this particular visit it was pretty busy but after about a 10 minute wait they were able to check me in and I was on my way. I generally get a full synthetic oil change and it's usually around $80 or so,which to me feels pricey but Ive got a few work arounds,if one is willing to do a little work. One thing is there is always a Jiffy Lube coupon available on the internet that gives either $30 or $35 off service-so that always lessens the blow of the cost for sure. The second thing I do is not as easy-you see Costco in my area sells $100 Jiffy Lube gift cards for $80-so I generally pay with those and that's even more money off my bill-so with both those saving tips I feel I get a pretty good savings when I have to go get my oil change done at Jiffy Lube. I should also mention-these guys there do good work-I watch them when I'm in the lobby how they treat other customers and how they work as a team to boost each other up-they are truly a well oiled machine over there at this location of Jiffy Lube. In closing-I will say if your ever in the area and need to get an oil change-don't hesitate to stop by and let these guys do their thing-they are good at what they do and won't let you down. read more

The team at Jiffy Lube on the 23rd of December were great. I was fourth in line, didn't have to wait very long. I had the option of going into the lobby or staying in my car, chose the car. They were great with communication; they didn't try to upsell me. They were able to show me an area where my filter was falling apart (because something was nesting in there) and let me make a decision about replacing it now or later. I went to this location a few days ago and they stold my caps to tires the caps that go on the stem for putting air in the tires just noticed it today and called the location and talked to the person that said he worked on my car well he was one of the guy,s I saw 3 guys working on my car ,I only went there for a oil change ,watch for them they are very sneaky I wouldn't trust them they stold some caps that were expensive. It's what they did that got me upset just the idea of them doing that . read more

It started with a welcoming greeting from Brazil. The staff were all very thorough. I came in for a routine oil change and asked that they double check all fluids and tire air pressure (which is often routine). They checked the lights and air filters. We changed the cabin air filter (pricey service, for reference $8 for store bought filter). They got me in and out in 40minutes. It's great that this location is open on Sundays. I have such a difficult time convincing my elderly parents, (especially my mother) to keep up with routine maintenance on their vehicle. Since they don't drive their car that much, they don't want to spend unnecessary money. Well, since I drive the car at least once a week to do errands for them, I get concerned when the "Need Maintenance" lights are always distracting me on the dash board! Finally, the day came when I told my mom that it's been about 4 years since the car had an oil change! At first she couldn't believe that much time had already passed! But she finally gave in and gave us the "OK" to take care of the car! My dad and I were quite excited to look for a nearby and reliable oil change station! This Jiffy Lube was along our weekly errand route on Marconi & Watt Ave. It was pretty busy as we pulled in and I almost felt disappointed that we would be turned away. We were told that there would be about a 30 minute wait. But my dad was determined to get this done, so we waited. Fortunately, after about 15 minutes they were able to take care of us! The employees were friendly and patient with my dad who is hard of hearing and has a hard time walking. We waited in the lounge area to help ourselves to water, use the restroom and watch some TV. Everything was performed smoothly and efficiently as they checked all the fluids, filled the low tires, and of course, changed the oil & filter. When I checked in on Yelp, I was pleasantly surprised to get a $25.00 off coupon which they had no problem in honoring! (FYI: You have to use a particular platinum oil to get the discount). You wouldn't think that a mundane chore like getting an oil change would make my dad and I so happy and relieved! All warning lights were off and we continued on with the rest of our long day ahead. Called to check if they can fix engine overheating due to coolant leak, was told to come over and they'll check. Upon arrival, was immediately serviced by Brandon, who asked for details of overheating and started to worked on my car. Brandon made sure that he inspected, made sure the cause of the overheating and source of leaking is identified. He made sure that the problem is resolved and engine overheating is controlled. Throughout the whole process, Brandon was extremely courteous, professional provided excellent service above and beyond. This place hands down has the best service. I had a dentist appt around the corner from this place. And i was a half an hour early so i stopped in to get an oil change. They were literally fine in like 10 mins an even changed my headlight. The manager Benito was so helpful his crew did great. The price wasn't bad either. I def recommend this place. Great auto maintenance shop! There is free wifi, which didn't exist in the other Jiffy Lube location nearby. There is also free candy, which is nice. The place is not as crowded as most Jiffy Lube locations, and the owner is really nice. He told me exactly how many cars were ahead of me, and how long the wait will be, before I entered into the shop. When I asked about a possible coupon, he also told me before I went in, what coupons are accepted and what is not, so there is no waiting to find out if a coupon is accepted. There is free water, which is nice. The place is pretty big, with a open setup. The whole place is clean and well kept, especially the guest area where the chairs, windows, and floor all looked new. The folks move quite fast--I was registered in no time on the computer, and the oil change I ordered was real quick. I was out in a jiffy. The only downside is, even though they offer free coffee, they ran out of cups. When I asked about it, they said "the new shipment of cups are coming" :( Not a big deal. After a while another staff came in and asked if he could get us some water/coffee--I told him about the lack of cups, and he went into the staff area and fetched some for us, which was awesome! Unfortunately, when I tried to get coffee from the thermos, it turns out they were empty :( The oil change was actually really thorough. I only ordered the cheapest oil change for 29.99, but they did a full auto check including all the radiator fluids, the front/back headlights, the brake fluids, the air filter, belts, transmission fluids etc. They even vacuumed the floors inside the car for free. Nice, talk about full service. Definitely worth coming back again. read more

I hit a rock on my way to work and it made a huge hole in my tire. I had pulled into the chevron across the street and walked over to jiffy lube to ask for help. The guys at this location were so kind and immediately sent someone over to help me change into my spare. Thank you to Amos and the rest of the guys at jiffy lube for helping a gal out. Amos didn't even charge me, he met me at the chevron with his tools and helped me change into my spare then referred me to a place where I could get cheap tires (they don't sell tires at this location). As I arrived, it was not empty however the staff made the effort to help me out. They told me they would try and get me "in and out" as soon as possible for a oil change. They worked pretty quick and did a inspection. They found a faulty light and dirty air filter. They did not just try and charge it, they actually showed me the faulty items and asked if I wanted to change them. That's what I call great customer service !! I've been to a couple of oil changes, this was fast, simple, and enjoyable. Having a bad day was turned around from the outstanding customer service from the guys. Marshall did all of this, and even helped me find a promo for a discount. Troy was very helpful start to end. My girlfriend now has a freshly changed oil change with a new light and filter. This is the second and LAST time they have failed me, i simply DONT TRUST THIS BUSINESS ANYMORE. 1st time they charged me to replace a light bulb. I got home and found they forgot to do the work they charged me for. Now i get an oil change and afterwards i hear a new noise coming from my engine. I look and find the ENTIRE AIR FILTER COVER IS NOT ATTACHED ! Not one clip is attached and its sucking air, that was the noise ? I got my oil changed here a couple of weeks ago. I had been to this location several times and never had any issues. This time was completely different. I sat waiting in my car for about 5 minutes before I was acknowledged. I was actually looking for other locations when an associate greeted me. They were not busy. I was escorted to the onboarding area where the guy made zero eye contact, talked fast, and got me out as quickly as possible. I waited the standard amount of time for an oil change, and was called up to pay by the same employee who greeted me. He rambled off quickly all the things that were fine and said I had a chip in my windshield and needed a new battery, which was at 59%...no wait, 5%. I asked if they could replace it, and he said yes so I authorized the change. After a few minutes in the lobby, I was told they didn't have my battery in stock and it would be 45 minutes to get the correct one. Fine. The guy told me they would give me every discount they could find for the trouble. 10 minutes later, they said I was ready to go and they had my batter in stock all along. I asked about the discounts for all the confusion and they gave me $7 off because that was the best they could do. I was never shown my clean oil or the fact my old battery was dying, which is my fault for not thinking to ask. It was a terrible experience and I don't plan on returning. read more

It was my first time coming to this location. It was great that they open on a Sunday and that they don't require a reservation - because I forgot that I was due for an oil change! It was busy, there were at least 11-12 cars in all 4 entries. The staff that worked there told me this could be a 2hrs wait as they are under-staffed but they may be able to finish in 1.5hrs. I wasn't in a hurry and needed to get the oil change done so I waited. The staff worked there communicated well and were friendly. The one that helped me was Caesar? I believe, or at least that's the name shown on my receipt. He was friendly, professional, and kept me updated of my car's condition throughout. The 2 staff that were working on my car (one had short blonde hair and one had curly hair with glasses) were very efficient. Although it was a busy day, they were trying to meet all the marks. I came in for a very unusual situation this morning and couldn't be more grateful for the team working. My son and I discovered during school drop off that there was a cat hiding somewhere either under our car or in the engine area, we couldn't see him from the accessible views we had but we sure did hear him. He started crying really loudly at first then started getting quieter and quieter, I was so worried he was not gonna make it, not knowing exactly where he was. I had already gone to the mechanic shop across the street asking for help and all I got was a shrug and a no we can't help you. I also asked them if they knew anyone who could help me, and I was met again with a shrug and no. Terrible customer service there fortunately one of their customers suggested I go to jiffy lube, which I did. I wanted to make sure this little guy got out safe, and crossed my fingers he was still alive, at this point he had stopped crying/meowing. I pulled into jiffy lube and was greeted immediately by a friendly gentleman employee (I wish I had gotten his name) and quickly explained to him my situation just hoping they could help me somehow, letting him know that I wasn't confident the little guy was still alive. He immediately responded and said this wouldn't be the first time they've had someone come in for this and they would take a look. They promptly pulled my car up and started looking everywhere they could. They soon found the little rascal and he was ALIVE and in good condition, just scared. The cat did end up taking off, but he assured me they would love a shop cat, and if he came back they would take care of him. I just wanted to write this review and give the team working this morning my utmost gratitude. Thank you so much for your understanding and help, it was such a refreshing experience to be greeted with such exemplary customer service. Oil changes have always been good here though with all of the techs they had, they did not replace the headlight that was out. They looked at it and since it was not a simple reach in, twist & done, they decided to not give the excellent customer service to replace the headlight and let me go with the light out. They can change tires yet they cannot change a light bulb??? read more

Absolutely awful. They told me that I had a transmission leak and I needed to get to a shop in the next day or I would blow my engine. Took time off work and went to AAMCO (who was incredible by the way). Turns out, it's a worn "rear main crank shaft seal." Has nothing to do with the transmission, but an oil leak. Isn't that what they "specialize" in? I was told that after spending $130 on an oil and air filler change (I even had a $20 coupon). Really disappointed. read more
