Scheduled an appointment weeks ago (confirmation below) as a new patient for my daughter who needs braces. Got to the appt 15 minutes early and the receptionist told me via an outside air phone that they were closed for the rest of the day and the dentist already left. Wouldn't even listen to me to let me tell her I had a confirmed appointment. Given how frequently my daughter would need to visit and the vibe of the team that solidified my decision to go elsewhere. Good luck to anyone who needs appointments here. read more

If you're looking for a GREAT orthodontist, look no further! Dr. Washington and his amazing team are the best in the business. As someone who has been through the orthodontist struggle previously -- I wore braces for 4 years in high school -- I was not looking forward to returning to that orthodontist chair as an adult for Invisalign. However, from the day I walked into Dr. Washington's office, I have received the BEST treatment. My questions are always answered and communicated in a way that I understand. I have never felt like my treatment has been rushed. The office is always extremely clean and organized. The staff is friendly, professional, and they even greet you by name. And most importantly, my smile has never looked better! I've recommended Dr. Washington to many of my friends who are now patients as well. (They are also fans of the Central Park North Orthodontics team) All in all, I have nothing but great things to say about my experience. read more

Dr.Bradford Washington is a great orthodontist. I am currently under his care and he goes above and beyond every time. He is very caring , always informs me of the reasoning behind his decision making and is gentle with my teeth. He answers all of my thousands of questions and he really seems to care. It's important that as a provider you spend the time with the patient and I'm grateful to be a patient at Dr.Washington's practice. He's great and he is also very kind to all of his staff. I enjoy watching his rapport with his staff. Nesh is also great. Everyone from the front desk all the way to the back room are friendly and kind. I recently completed my Invisalign treatment with Central Park North Orthodontics after about two years of treatment, and have rave reviews for them! They were fabulous. I had a great experience and am very happy with the outcome with my teeth. Dr. Washington and his staff are excellent -- their expertise is evident, and they took the time to explain the procedures, answer all my questions at every visit, and were really attentive, responsive, and friendly. They always made me feel really comfortable during my visits. The office is really organized and very clean (which was really important since I had to go in during the pandemic -- they had procedures in place to keep us all safe). I got appointment reminders, and they were really flexible when I had to change appointments. The Invisalign was also affordable and they provided me with many payment options and even contacted my insurance company to see if part of it was covered. They really are an excellent center and I highly recommend them. read more

I just completed my braces treatment and am taking a moment to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Bradford Washington and his entire team. As an adult patient, I did not know what to expect. I was impressed with your staff's ability to make me feel welcomed and communicate effectively with me. My treatment goals were met as well! I can highly recommend your office to other adult patients. Everyone in the office is amazingly friendly and helpful. They explained the process clearly and answered any and all questions I had. The best part though is that I never had to wait past my appointment time! This makes scheduling around work an absolute breeze. Thank you dr. Washington for giving me beautiful and confident smile Regards, Nazia Khushall read more

LOVE this Orthodontic team! Wish I could give 10 stars!!! ALL of the staff are professional, greet you by name and are gentle in their delivery of quality orthodontic care in a BEAUTIFUL modern and contemporary office space. Dr. Bradford took time and care in creating a treatment plan for my Invisalign after two previous consultations with orthodontists who said not much could be done with my teeth because they are nearly perfect. Thankfully, Dr. Washington and his staff get my obsession with teeth. Looking forward to continued treatment and, the revealing of my new smile! read more

Can't wait to get my treatment started. Very professional and laid back atmosphere. Modern and chic office. Loved everything from start to finish. You will not be disappointed - highly recommended. read more

Dr. Washington and his staff are the best! From the pleasant welcome at the front desk to the actual orthodontic services provided, I've been treated with professionalism, courtesy, and top of the class skills throughout my Invisalign process. Early on, Dr. Washington explained the timeline and all the steps to me, including high tech visuals of my imaging and the planned stages of re-aligning my teeth. The office/clinic is modern, clean, and comfortable. Scheduling and re-scheduling are easy. Staff are accommodating. The location is easily accessible near the 2/3 or B/C stop at 110th St, but the area is not crowded/busy. And, most importantly, my teeth look great and I've had little to no discomfort throughout treatment (completed 4 of 6 months so far). As a health professional myself, I'm pretty picky and I've only been anywhere from satisfied to impressed by Dr. Washington and his team. Altogether, I wholeheartedly recommend Central Park North Orthodontics as a provider of first class treatment and results read more

Went to Dr. Washington for my braces consultation and my experience was absolutely amazing. I attempted to go to two other orthodontists before coming to him. Dr. Washington's consultation was by far superior then my prior ones. There was barely any wait time, the office was modern and technological advanced in comparison to other offices. The staff was friendly and informative. Bradford did not sugarcoat anything. He was honest with the possible end results and gave me alternatives incase something didn't work out. I feel confident in his work, get wait to get my braces on!!!!!! read more

I was recommended through my Dentist to see Dr. Washington. When I was arrived, I was greeted by a clean relaxing waiting room with great music (no Musak) From the beginning everyone greeted me with warmth and professionalism. I went into his office to meet Dr. Washington and get evaluated. He was so kind and thorough. I had my son with me, Dr. Washington took a minute to include my son and make him feel comfortable as well. The prices were reasonable and he gave me a price for all the services...nothing hidden to be sprung on me later. The office looks immaculate! And all the equipment is state of the art!! Fast forward...I've had my braces removed after about 18 mos. the staff has NEVER been short or discourteous. Dr. Washington always makes sure he personally attends to you. The appointments are timely...I've never walked in and waited longer than 10 minutes to be seen. Even when I had an emergency and needed to come in I was prioritized and was seen that day!! I love this office. My teeth look amazing...it was seriously the best investment I've ever made in myself. He definitely has a continuous customer. I am now going to bring my son to him to get his braces!! I highly recommend not only Dr. Washington...but also his staff. They are knowledgeable and patient. Best experience I've ever had!! And he has late hours so I was able to see him after work and on weekends!! The whole experience was refreshing and reassuring in my decision. read more

Horrible service. They overbook patients all the time. They rush patients in and out, won't have time for questions. Forget about asking to get your wire adjusted, they will tell you to cut it yourself at home with a nail cutter. Stay away from this place! read more

I walked away from my recent visit to Central Park North Orthodontics very impressed! The office is bright and very tastefully decorated. The staff was very warm and attentive to my questions during my visit. I know Dr. Washington personally, and can attest that he is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. Unreliable shaddy place!! Went there for a free consultation, however had to fill out all insurance information. And of course, a few weeks later, got a bill for 1000+ for treatments didn't receive. Doc Bradford told, I won't be charge until I come back next time for xray to proceed with treatment!! When I called the office, they told me the "billing office" will get back to me. I ll be waiting. N u know I ll be contacting my insurance company read more

As an adult seeking care to correct my smile, i've been very hesitant about getting braces from just anyone who offers them. After much research i was fortunate to find this office that's offered great services and, more importantly, honest expectations. Dr. Washington and his staff did not try to sell me a bill of goods but instead explained the process and the results that i would most likely have in a clear and compassionate manner. i'm really looking forward to starting treatment with such a great team. read more

Long overdue review. When my general dentist (a friend of Dr. Washington) told me I need to get braces I was less than thrilled. Braces as a child are annoying enough but getting braces in your late 20's is even worse. That being said, I went into the office for the first time for a consultation October 2015. Still unsure about proceeding, I kept it in the back of my mind until i got a followup call from the office and decided to go back in and move forward with treatment January 2016. Best decision ever. I finished treatment this year despite putting the office through administrative hell by moving to California 8 months into treatment (and flying back for Saturday appointments) then moving back to NY one year later. Over the course of my 2 years 4 months treatment, my insurance changed 3 times, something that is less than ideal when in the middle of orthodontic treatment. However, the staff at Dr. Washington's office as well as Dr. Washington himself were beyond helpful and accommodating. The wait can sometimes be a bit long in the office depending on time of day, but other than that I have zero complaints of my time as a patient. I am glad I made the decision to go forth with treatment at this office. I'm thrilled with my results and grateful that I was able to stay with this orthodontist despite all of the life changes I experienced the past few years. If you're an adult nervous and getting traditional braces, it really is a small time of investment for a lifetime of a beautiful smile. Thanks Central Park North Orthodontics! Special thanks to George who handled my adjustments the last few months and always entertained me! read more
