I have paid for installation and storage months in advance and had called 4+ times this year to make sure that the lights were installed by Thanksgiving. I was promised installation on 11/30/20 and no lights. I even told them they could install right after Halloween.11/30/20-no lights. 12/1/20-again no lights. A representative called me the Friday after Thanksgiving and told me they would be up on 11/30/20. Today (12/2), when I called I got a laundry list of excuses as to why the lights aren't up. "We are busy"--you are a holiday light installation company, maybe would've guessed you'd be busy and scheduled accordingly?? The service has been horrible. And then was zero communication of them missing the 11/30/20 deadline. If I could give negative stars, I would. Don't buy your lights here and expect to enjoy them for the holiday season.

We just walked in and picked out some flowers for $30. She threw them together and we took them home. I love going to flower shops and sometimes you find those people that are willing to go the extra mile. We definitely got in and out, but we were not extremely happy about the presentation. But after a few days, and often within a day or two, they begin to droop and fade in spite of my watering diligence. Unfortunately most florists don't know "Beginner Florist 101". Or if they do, they don't bother with this added chore: Before adding flower stems to an arrangement, the stem should be cut again, about an inch above the previous cut, while holding it under lukewarm water. This prevents a dry gap above the cut mark, so the stem will continue to absorb water and therefore last longer. If not done, the stem can't absorb water because there is a gap of air between the cut mark and the part of the plant that "drinks". When I cut flowers from my garden to add to an arrangement, I always partly fill my sink with lukewarm water and cut each stem again underwater before adding it to the water filled vase. After doing this, I often enjoy my cut garden flowers for ten days or more. You will know when your florist does this, as the subject of this review likely has done. Because most of their arrangements will look great for several days, and more often, for more than a week or more. And if you are fortunate enough to receive an arrangement filled with buds about to bloom, they might look as beautiful as mine do in the photo I'm posting five days after they arrived. They look like they're just getting started! I received them January 3rd, and today is January 7th. I'm impressed!!!

We bought enough stems to DIY 3 large arrangements for the event and the price of the flowers was unbelievable for the quality and quantity. Also they have super cute gift items - books, cards, home decor, crystals, jewelry, and more. I left with a bunch of unique gifts for others and myself! Brandy the owner was so sweet and helpful from the minute we stepped foot in her store. We had so much fun chatting with her and exploring all the beautiful items she had!
