Here, they study it like the Dead Sea Scrolls. I have never had a better conversation with a doctor. Instead of blowing me off, he was able to explain a ton of stuff to me. I really appreciate it. I've always had to wait significant amounts of time in the waiting room (20-30 minutes, or more), but not very long once in an exam room. I usually have to wait a while to be checked in, so don't count on being seen at your appointment time if you show up on time... Doctor seems competent, though. I'd recommend him for your GP, but you will have to look past the rude front desk experience. I used to see Dr. Lance in the same practice, but he left apparently to do other types of medicine (occupational, I think). Lab services on-site. Waiting room is extremely irritating with advertisement televisions blaring obnoxious music and useless information at you over and over. Bring earplugs and a good book, or feel free to peruse the multitude of pharmaceutical pamphlets that litter the book shelves.

Pattern of Similar Complaints: I have since learned from another patient that they had an almost identical negative experience with Dr. Henry several years ago, which suggests this may be an ongoing issue. As medical professionals, I expect doctors to uphold the Hippocratic Oath and prioritize patient care with compassion and clarity. Unfortunately, Dr. Henry fell far short of these standards. I urge you to investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure no other patients experience similar treatment. Dr. Henry may be an expert in his field, but he is NOT anyone who appears to have any time to take and LISTEN to his patients. From the time he walked into the room to diagnose my hip pain, he did not let me get one sentence in to discuss my issue. He quickly went through testing me, gave me a diagnosis, showed me an exercise very quickly, gave me quick instructions and promptly left as I was trying to talk to him. Now I am left with having to try and remember his instructions, and he did not listen to my lifestyle issues to try and address any concerns I had with his diagnosis or his recommendations. Nothing was written down for me to access in my records that I am seeing. I will have to let the PT person tell me what to do because I don't feel I was given the opportunity to engage. If you are looking for a doctor that is willing to listen to your issues, he is not for you.

A previous doctor left me debilitated for more than half a year in excruciating pain, unable to function. Dr. Singh dug into my history and with his knowledge and insight, determined a better medication and plan of action to get me functioning again without disabling pain. If it wasn't for Dr. Singh I could still be immobile. And he's still helping me along the way. When I experienced a flare causing serious swelling, he CALLED ME HIMSELF on the phone after seeing the photo I sent via mychart to develop a plan. Sadly in this day & age, that's almost unheard of. I'm able to breathe out of my nose for the first time in over 30 years and most of my snoring is gone. I'd give both doctors and nurses 5 stars. The biggest issue is the billing department. I prepaid surgery, and received a bill 7 days after surgery. They send you messages constantly like a debt collector until it's paid . Here is the irony. The billing department actually owes me money. They've owed me for three months. I've called, spoken to 3 people. Yet a check was never sent to me and I'm still owed money. I've never received it. The other issue is calling the phone line is like calling the IRS. 10 prompts through the IVR. Sometimes you get someone, other times you get a VM. It's very frustrating. Aside from the difficultly reaching folks there , the fact I was spammed with bills, when they owed me and still haven't paid me. It was a good experience.
