The prices are 100% worth it because she pays so much attention to the health of your hair and scalp. You're definitely in the best hands when you see Jillian.

When you first walk in you are greeted by Tracey, her co-worker, who's enthusiasm for this new venture clearly shows. There is a sitting area with comfy chairs and magazines to peruse while you wait. The color scheme is nice and relaxing and the atmosphere gives you the impression they care about you as a person not just as a client. I came in for my change of seasons hair color. I normally have a dark brown/reddish color and went for reddish with blonde highlights. She also put in a keratin treatment to calm down any frizziness I might have as I was heading to warmer climates. One of the great things that she does is she cuts my hair after it's been blown dry and styled. This ensures it's not too short and the layers are just right. I met Sarah and immediately was drawn to HER hair. It had movement. The color was beautiful. She was the perfect mix of down to earth, but elegant. There are a lot of things that I'd like to highlight about Littlefield. - Caring personal touch: It was my first time there (and certainly not my list), but Sarah and the rest of the stylists knew everyone that came in by name. They asked personal questions like, "How was your trip last week?"... "How is [name of the class] that you're taking?". - Thoughtful decor and ambiance: This space immediately puts you at ease. The waiting lounge is set in a comfy living-room style. Everything from the lighting fixtures to the beautiful small touches. Instead of sitting in the corner with aluminum foils on my head in an uncomfortable chair, the "coloring station" is around a beautiful glass table, complete with snacks, drinks, magazines, and cool conversation with other people around the table. It's clear that client experience is something that Sarah and her team have thought extensively about! -Comfortable community feel: It's pretty amazing that clients stroll through the front door, say hello, and help themselves to snacks and the coffee machine. The music is relaxing, but upbeat. Everyone from single-digit-aged kids that were getting their hair colored, to older men looking for a trim, to the quirky young professional that is graduating from the cheapo-supercuts. I immediately felt welcome, and I can see everyone else feeling the same way, too. - No obligation to continuously make small talk: It might be just me, but sometimes, I just want to go to a salon, and relax. To be honest, I can't imagine anyone not feeling immediately comfortable with Sarah. Sarah is wonderful at having awesome conversation sometimes, and then sometimes, just chillin' out and leaving comfortable silence. I think she has the gift of "just knowing". I like Sarah. She's talented. The salon is amazing.
