What started as a routine tow turned into one of the most unexpectedly comforting moments I've had with a stranger. Mike didn't just tow my car! He showed up with compassion, patience, and heart. He gave me a genuine hug when I didn't even realize how much I needed it in that moment, still in shock after what had just happened. He did everything with a big smile on his face and a lot of wit to share the smile with us. Later in the day, my best friend and I went to pick up my belongings out of my vehicle.
