Since I wasn't with them, I searched Google for a local towing company, and that's how I found Dan's Towing N. Recovery. Sarah was absolutely incredible. She not only arranged to have my dad's car towed to a local mechanic, but she also made sure my parents arrived safely at their hotel, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and even helped transport my dad to and from the mechanic.
