They had us text some pictures, gave us a roundabout estimate, drove west to Springfield for parts, drove back east 70+ miles to get to us, fixed the truck, and charged less than the estimate. Their mobile unit is ready to roll to wherever you are and apparently can fix whatever you are in: car, truck, rv, hay wagon, tractor in a field. Need help? I messaged him this morning informing him that the tire needed repaired, he said that "well it is a used tire" I asked if he would be willing to make it right by refunding the price it cost to repair the tire ($17) seeing how the cost now will be the same as if I bought it brand new and had it put on, he wanted to argue with me back and forth. Then said I'll just pay for part of it and that I should of just went to buddies or somewhere else then. Very unprofessional, very rude and disrespectful.
