While the first appointment was pleasant, I left with an unexpected brassy brown shade that didn't reflect the highlighted color I had asked for. Still, I trusted her recommendation and returned for a follow-up. I arrived 10 minutes late due to a family emergency, which I clearly explained to the staff. I also mentioned I had a flight in just a few hours. Despite this, I was left waiting for an entire hour before being informed that Amela would only be able to cut my hair--not color it. A client's time is just as valuable as the stylist's. If being 10 minutes late was truly going to prevent the full service, that should have been communicated upfront--instead of making me wait unnecessarily. Frankly, I wouldn't want someone working on my hair who thinks ten minutes is enough time to rush through a proper appointment. This experience was deeply unprofessional and inconsiderate. I will not be returning.

They give the best hair washes. Everyone is so talented but my go to is Donna and Shane. They have worked on me, my daughters and my mother. Always a beautiful job. The reviews about Emma gave us a good feeling. We called Saturday morning and Emma was very busy, but was extremely nice and said she likes doing updo's and said she'd call back after work and said she'd be working late. I know why she was working late, she's very good and she sincerely wants to help everyone. The shop closes at 8 but she finished up at 8PM and called and said she'd fit Linda in at 1PM. As soon as we walked in the shop and she greeted us, and talked about Linda's updo we knew we were in the right place with the right person. Emma gave Linda an awesome updo! Thanks !!!
