No one has given the family instruction in body mechanics , proper information on her meds, and no apology for the lack of any of the above. From the moment she arrived, it was clear she lacked compassion and professionalism. She would administer medications with no effort to speak to the patient or family, often moving through the process as if it were a chore. When we had questions, she acted visibly annoyed, making us feel as though we were a burden. Her demeanor was cold, and she walked around with a sour expression, never offering a reassuring word or a simple smile during such a challenging time for our family. The lack of empathy was disheartening and unacceptable, especially in a hospice setting where care and kindness should be a priority. My hope is that the hospice center takes this feedback seriously and addresses the behavior of their staff to ensure no other family has to endure such treatment during an already difficult time. Families in these situations deserve support, compassion, and understanding--not rudeness and indifference. Havrn responded to my Google review calling the patient their "customer." just like the night nurse, showing zero empathy.

I was later told it was cancelled because I should have 1 session per week. I was truly upset because no one bothered to contact me and say it's cancelled! I went through a lot to get there at that time and this seemed very unprofessional! If you cancel an appt. contact the patient! Those dates were chosen for me. I did not choose the date!
