They can see patients from 3 months and up, so I made an appointment for myself and my 3 year old. They gave us full thorough exams, Covid tests, and prescribed medicine RIGHT FROM MY LIVING ROOM. We didn't have to move! This is perfect if you're sick. I had written off urgent cares because I had had terrible experiences with them missing very important illnesses and putting my health at risk. Now this is the ONLY Urgent Care service I will use.

A friend of hers acting as her financial POA thought he had paid the bill shortly thereafter. However, five months later he was contacted by a collection agency. At that point, the family portal showed the bill as paid-in-full. Maybe it was updated when the bill was sold to the collection agency? Apparently the payment (ACH transfer) had not gone through for some reason, but the only attempt that Care Advantage made to alert us to the problem before sending it to collections was a single phone call to my wife (who for better or worse does not take calls from unknown numbers). All in all, pretty much a sh#t-show.

The fact that their aide offered to do it and NOW they want to make phone calls threatening a lawsuit only AFTER services were ended with them is appalling. In addition to that; holding family members of the client accountable for the actions of their employee is beyond unethical. They had no issue with anything while their services were being received and paid for; only after the fact. I will be getting with my attorney over all of this as well as filing complaints with the state and the Better Business Bureau. I'd advise anyone who is looking for help for a loved one to avoid this place like the plague unless getting threatened to be sued in on your list of things to do.
