The pizza was delicious (we got the Bear and the Hawaiian), the wings were tasty and the cold cut sandwich was fire. The bread on the sandwich was so good I ate the whole thing long after I was full. Finally got to try out Brightside pizza, and was not disappointed! Want to start out by saying the gentlemen helping me (going to guess owner?) was over the top nice! Just great and friendly customer service. So the pizza, has a great taste, dough wasn't too soft (had a good texture), and the toppings were spot on. And, it's not loaded with sauce (which I personally don't like) so that was a huge plus for me, and those who don't like too much sauce. My only complaint is this. There needs to be bigger chunks of their sausage! The sausage truly has a good taste, and needs more of it! As you can see they are not stingy with it, but bigger pieces would be awesome! My husband and I had a late lunch at Brightside on a Friday afternoon. The waitress was more than friendly and engaging and gave us some great tips on a local mountain bike trail. But for me, I love their Thursday Nite Music Trivia Nite, been there twice so far and both times have been really really fun.
