I used to LOVE The Switch, not any more. They used to have a great fried chicken breast sandwich, but recently they changed to a strange spicy version that is so not good. For a while they wouldn't let you order the sandwiches a la carte, you had to order their fries. They also used to have a nice blueberry sauce you could order on the chicken sandwich. no more. It's call The Switch because the menu changes all the time. I got the Spicy Karaage Chicken sandwich. It was definitely SPICY, crispy, tender and delicious. I would get it again. Service was on the slower side (nonetheless the staff was respectful and kind) although both days were weekends so I assume that's why, and ordering ahead for pickup seems to be the move if you are in a rush.
