For a while you had to order the sandwich with a side, here is their fries. They changed that policy, guess folks were not happy.

I used to LOVE The Switch, not any more. They used to have a great fried chicken breast sandwich, but recently they changed to a strange spicy version that is so not good. For a while they wouldn't let you order the sandwiches a la carte, you had to order their fries. They also used to have a nice blueberry sauce you could order on the chicken sandwich. no more. Once I realized they changed my beloved chicken breast to an inferior one there was no longer a reason to eat here. Sorry.

Half regular fries, half sweet potato. Crunchy goodness!

Fantastic meal. We were looking for something quick and this place knocked it out of the park! The wife enjoyed the slushie but its a long, slow drink. Wish we could have taken it with us. Beer selection was decent. The food.... oh the food!!! The fries were plentiful and cruncy. The salad was a monster. The brisket sandwich? Oh my! Give me another! We will keep this on the short kist for great food and quick prompt friendly service.

Single Smash Burger with sweet potato fries.

First time customer. I was craving a hamb6qnd remembers this place. No wait in line maybe die to SF and Seattle game on, even when it was on TV here. Ordered the single smash burger with sweet potatoes fries. What a combination! First, the fries were cooked to perfection. Crunchy and not burned and with a light covering of salt that gave it the aweet-salty flavor. The burger was quite big. I took the top off and ate it like a stake. It had shopped up lettuce. Not sure why but it could make a mess if eaten as a burger. I worked it before hitting the burger. The burger, had caramelized onions that tasted delicious. There was a sauce, I think garlic buttery or similar. All of these flavors together with the sweet potatoes fries made it a delight one after another bite. Fries were a lot. You can share, and remember, the longer you wait the fluffier they get. All and all, I will be back to taste others.

Menu changes all the time that's why it's called THE SWITCH.

It's call The Switch because the menu changes all the time. I got the Spicy Karaage Chicken sandwich. It was definitely SPICY, crispy, tender and delicious. I would get it again. Get it while you can before the menu changes. You order at the counter and sit in the trendy little seating area and they bring you the food. Maybe call before you go to see what's being served. They have a good selection of beers and sodas. Go check it out.

Been eyeing The Switch for so long and wow! It was so good and since we were a big group, we got multiple burgers and even tried some of their unique ones! Food Orders: - Blueberry Chicken - Mushroom Philly - Downtown Chick - Hot Chick's Friend - SLO Philly They came in record time and were devoured in a record time as well. They were delicious and have been back multiple times since then :)

The filet and ribeye fries have been my favorite thing since I moved to the area. I order them once a week. However, within the last month it's clear whoever makes them is a different person or they've been told to make them differently. The meat is always overcooked and they are completely drenched in chipotle aioli. It may not look like it, but the sauce is even underneath the meat and literally making every fry soggy. I love the sauce, but when everything is soaked in it the food becomes inedible and I throw it away halfway through. They used to actually drizzle it over the food but I guess not anymore. I try to soak up as much sauce as I can with napkins first but that doesn't even help. I'm quite sad because this was my fav comfort meal and now I feel like it's not even worth ordering. Pretty disappointing.

Stopped here for some snacks last Saturday. It was empty which was sad but the young man at the register was so cheerful and polite. He made some recommendations. We got some snacks- sweet potato fries and onion rings for the kids. Everything was wonderful including the service. Next time I'll try the fried chicken dinner!

The food was great! My sandwich really seemed to fill me up and the sweet potato fries tasted delicious! I love the color and size of their white tables, but I do wish the tables could be a bit of a better cleaner. The service was satisfactory. Overall, a good place to eat and I'll come back for sure!

Good service, the filet mignon salad with blue cheese was fresh and tasty. Their veggie burger was great. So were the fried mushrooms.

I tried the chicken Caesar wrap Saturday and went back to get it again Sunday, that's how good it was!! Very dressing heavy which i like but may not be others' preferences. Service was on the slower side (nonetheless the staff was respectful and kind) although both days were weekends so I assume that's why, and ordering ahead for pickup seems to be the move if you are in a rush. My friends have gotten the chick next door sandwich and filet mignon steak salad and raved about both. The inside isn't fancy at all, it's more of a picnic bench style seating, but the drink options are extensive and I'll definitely be back!

I opted to do a trio with the bahn mi, tip o' Argentina, and the garlic fries. The food was good I forgot to take a picture! The tip o' Argentina was solid with the garlic aioli and the chimmichurri perfectly complimenting the steak and the lettuce and tomato adding a little bit of freshness. The buns they use for all of their sliders are soft, slightly sweet, and don't fall apart while you're eating. The Bahn Mi was even better. I love pork but was a little skeptical about pulled pork on a slider riffing on the flavors of a bahn mi. To my surprise and delight, it tasted just like grilled Vietnamese pork, which was perfectly complimented by the fresh and pickled veggies and surprisingly hot jalapeño. Finally, I got the garlic fries which were a massive portion, crisp, and very garlicky. Everything was good and with such a large and customizable menu, I'd definitely return if I was in the area again. I also want to give a shout out to the bartender, Kelsey. I sat at the bar and her service was attentive and she was very knowledgeable about the menu. We got the opportunity to chat for a bit and I loved her vibe, so definitely consider sitting at the bar if you're dining solo or with a friend.

Bar seating was already filled up so we opted for a cozy and comfortable corner to hang out. I was lucky enough to meet the owner Jeff. He was so personable and took the time to explain how the bar works. Each week he features young DJ's that are given the opportunity play their choice of tunes for 30 minutes each. This explained why the bar stools were all taken. These stools are for the aspiring DJ's to sit in line waiting for their turn. The sound system in here was all built by Jeff and all of the music played sounded incredible. I really appreciated all the different tunes being spun and each DJ had their own unique style so you never knew what music genre would be played next. The vibe here is so laid back and intimate. Small bites are served as well as beer and wine. We stayed for a while, enjoyed a glass of wine and played a great game of Cribbage. I really enjoyed meeting Jeff and cannot wait to return to this one of kind vinyl bar.

Service here was excellent, we were checked up on enough and our server gave great recommendations. Thanks to our server Talia D! We sat in a cute garden area with vines, plants, and fairy lights, very cozy like you're in a friend's well-decorated patio. They also gave us complementary bread before we received our meal, and a lot of the dishes were unique and plated well. I would come back if I'm ever in the area and would recommend this place to all my friends! All ratings below are averaged (from me and my bf): salmon bisque // 9.25 // very yummy and unique. my bf didn't think he'd like it -- he usually dislikes seafood -- but it was great!! creamy, clear salmon taste but no unpleasant fishy/ocean taste that a lot of seafood has. i've never had this anywhere else, props to the chef! thai green curry // 8.5 // my bf says it's a 9. it's good but i feel like it was not my fave, it's lowkey your good, standard green curry that you can get at any thai place duck breast (curry) // 8.75 // very delicious and unique, i'd rate the curry, rice, and duck breast as 9/10, the duck breast itself was a 10/10. the curry was creamy, and they were all delicious and fragrant, pairing well together. however, the mushrooms, carrots, and other veggies it came with are too sweet. they seem like they're glazed with a sauce that has too much sugar. the black rice was surprisingly very filling strawberry matcha trifle // 8 // yummy, nothing majorly wrong with it. reminds me of a strawberry matcha latte. matcha whipped cream was a nice, unique touch i haven't really seen elsewhere despite it not sounding difficult to make. i'd order it again but i feel like it's on the sweeter side, so you can't eat too much of it.

Perfect weather for wearing a light sweater, enjoying a glass of wine, and having a nice evening with your people. The staff is very attentive and on top of making sure you have what you need. Food: started off with the brussel sprouts and man, those were so so good. Brussel sprouts, goat cheese, pancetta, etc. you get what I'm saying. Flash fried perfectly. We had the salmon bisque and Soup De Novo, which was a vegetable curry soup. These both could have essentially been meals. The salmon bisque was absolutely loaded with salmon. From what I heard about it, it tasted amazing. (I don't eat salmon). The vegetable curry soup was very flavorful and blended smoothly. If you ordered rice on the side, it would have been just like an entire meal. Tikki Masala Chicken - man, that airline chicken was cooked perfectly. Juicy and tender, great flavor, no a single thing wrong with it. The rice and vegetables were fantastic, especially the carrots. I don't know why they seemed extra good, but they were. 2 orders of the Ribeye. Once cooked medium and mine, cooked medium rare. Unfortunately, when mine came out, I immediately could tell that it was nowhere near cooked right. It was actually well done. When the waiter came back, I said "I'm sorry to have to do this..." and before I could finish he said "oh yea, that's definitely not medium rare, let me have the kitchen refire that for you". I dislike sending food back, but when you're spending $58 on a ribeye dinner, it HAS to be correct. (Note- the manager remedied the issue quick..came to the table, offered soup, bread, etc, which I had already eaten soup, so he comped 50% off the steak. Nice gesture!) The rest of the vegetables paired with the ribeye were very good. If someone told you the white bean puree was mashed potatoes, most people would believe it. Very creamy and delicious. The Italian salsa verde on top was also very fulfilling. Overall the dinner was very good.
