After dealing with a lot of chronic pain even with regular massage I am practically a new person. Now, on 11/20/2024 I get a response saying that they have no record of my cancellation. If this doesn't convince anyone about how hard it is to cancel and that you will end up disputing charges, I don't know what will. Wish we could give negative reviews as one star seems to be too much. They don't answer the phone either, forcing you to leave messages that never get returned or acknowledged. This gives great insight into why they can't retain staff, any good Chiropractor leaves. Best to stay away. Here is another shining example. Next stop, BBB.

Charge me for the whole treatment plan that I ended up cancelling! saying that my insurance covers it but how it works is they will reimburse me after. Called my insurance said what they said is false that they shouldn't be saying that to patients because only insurance company have that information. And obviously I was only getting 10% of what I had originally paid for in full price. I cancelled the plan and treatment before anything and I already paid in full atleast over $700 and these ppl refuse to refund me my money back telling me to go my insurance ! What a joke. So be careful with this so called chiropractor. Cause they pocketing your money foreal without you realizing it . Find a better one!
