Dr. Ray is a perpetrator disguised as a chiropractor. He touched me in inappropriate ways and insinuated sexual scenarios. On my first visit, I said "Wow!" when he aggressively pulled my head for a neck/spine adjustment and he said, "Just think what I could do in a back alley." He had me in his office and was labeling my folder on his computer and laughed and said he misspelled "stuff" as "stiff" and thought it was funny I later saw he left it labeled as "stiff". Once I dropped a sheet of paper and he picked it up and wadded it into a ball and stuck it down my leggings on my backside and laughed. It was confusing because he was the doctor and I the patient with an uneven power. I would think, "Did that really happen?" But that's what perpetrators do...they prey on the nice people who are polite and they sneak in their advances quietly like they breath..sometimes almost unnoticeable until the victim reflects on what just happened. I found I was going to the office when I knew he wouldn't be there. Then one day I was driving to his office and could not get myself to turn left to his office. I told myself no more and went home. I called his office to speak to his manager who is his wife and told her everything. She was empathetic but not surprised. She cancelled my contract immediately. If you want a whole "wellness" package, this may be the place to go. For a mere $15,000, over a year, Dr. Ray promised to bring me to health, including getting rid of the medications I am on as well as correcting my back issues. We then proceeded to "bargain" over how much I could afford to pay a month and what that would mean as far as my treatments. The office atmosphere is frenetic when it is busy, including screens showing Dr. Ray videos. Dr. Ray is a very fast talker; he is very enthusiastic about what he is "selling." Another commenter mentioned that he was "handsy." I was very surprised that, as I was getting up from the adjustment table, he took my head in his hands and kissed my forehead. My son and I were in the area for an athletic tournament. He had an injury that required a chiropractor to realign his hips. Not knowing chiropractors in the area, I began to do some research to hopefully make a good decision on someone who could assist him. Dr. Ray and his staff went over and beyond to provide care, therapy, and support to assist us in our need. I have experienced many chiropractors and Dr. Ray truly understands his profession and the human body. I don't know what kind of establishment asks for phone numbers of friends and family to get business? So I thought that was weird. A friend of mine who also visited gave Dr. Ray a phone number after feeling pressured to do so and apparently that person has received repeated phone calls trying to get them in. This Dr. Ray even went as far as scheduling an appointment even after he was told no. This all doesn't sit right with me so I won't be bringing my business in, or my friends. read more

I have been hearing about this office for a long time from my friend Julie and finally went to a Red Lobster dinner to check it out. I must confess that at first I thought he was a snake oil salesmen because Dr Ray is so enthusiastic, wow! But I went for an x-ray and thought what the heck I have been to so many docs, chiropractors, and therapists at least try it and then you can say you have done everything you can to help yourself. I have a very long way to go to come back from a terrible 4-wheeler accident and subsequent substantial weight gain but I think we are headed in the right direction. I thought this was good place , however the Dr. Is very touchy feely. Had an uncomfortable experience there. My name tag had fell off me while I was getting adjusted I reached my hand out to grab my name tag from the doctor and he thought it was appropriate to place on my chest made me very uncomfortable and it was very inappropriate of him. read more

What a disappointment! What an embarrassment! This business cancelled on our Teacher Appreciation Week celebration 3 times... the last time was with THREE MINUTES notice. The hard working teachers of Silver Creek Elementary were lining up for their complimentary 10 minute chair massages, and then...nothing. This business decided not to honor their commitment made by their rep three months previous. I have the entire email exchange in writing. Their rep sought out our PTO and offered their services as a wellness treat for our teachers. While the teachers and I were standing there, I had the gentleman who showed up to cancel call Dr Ray to ask him if he'd reconsider and honor his commitment...According to the gentleman, Dr. Ray apparently said, no, he would not. I am absolutely stunned. Who does this? CANCELLATION 1: They double booked in our time CANCELLATION 2: Therapist had a personal excuse CANCELLATION 3: Didn't want to honor the 10 minute massages, and wanted to do a sales pitch instead. Said their rep misrepresented them....wouldn't honor what she told us. Was giving 2 HOURS of your time back to the community and our school so much to ask? In fact we didn't ask....you solicited. Do NOT use Chiropractic Plus. They pray on the poor. Even after you cancel their service they will pull money out of your account. And that's just the financial side. My husband and I were in worse shape, experienced more pain and more problems after seeing them. It's a chain. It's a physical therapy, chiropractic, GMC looking type thing. Get you in and out. Literally you're just a number. I saw a different chirporactor for months after my car accident, got better than went to Chiropractic plus because my husband wanted to give it a try. Saw them twice and was in so much pain and had an increase in migraines that I went back to my orginal chiropractor. My husband would always be in such horrid pain for hours after seeing Chiropractic plus that he was almost afraid to go back. They would tell him "oh you gotta get worse before you can get better". They give false hope to those that are in bad shape saying they can treat you. read more

This place as a whole was after my money after the second visit. While they have a few decent chiropractors there, on my first visit the doctor immediately talked about wanting to see me for 70 visits costing $7,000. The second time the adjustment took maybe a minute, felt like a routine adjustment not checking for the out of place rib I had. Getting that out of the way to focus on the pushy sales pitch for the majority of the time and to get me up front to pay, the doctor also said "when you go up to pay grab the referral cards, how many people could you pass them out too?"........ The doctor proceeded to escort me up front about setting up the payment plan and sent me an email asking for a review after the first visit. It truly feels like they just run you through a routine process here to get you on a monthly payment plan. Hate to leave bad reviews, especially right now. But, do NOT go here if you need to be fixed within a reasonable amount of visits. read more

As it was approaching Teacher Appreciation Week we thought that would be a great gift to give to our teachers. Dr Ray, Dr. David, and the rest of the staff are awesome! They take a whole approach to health that has reduced how often i've gotten sick dramatically. Dr. Ray is so warm and cares so much. It seems like the first reviewer isn't very used to chiropractic care--if there are serious issues, you probably will be doing multiple visits a week in the very beginning and you can choose to pay monthly or all at the beginning. Also, they encourage whole health, which is why they promote supplements, exercise, and diet, but you don't have to do the rest. Some of the best adjustments I've gotten are from here. read more
