The…read morelast year or so they have made a lot of changes including only doing the injection I've been getting for years at Northglenn to their surgical center way down by dtc which makes getting to extremely difficult when your in so much pain. I held out because Brianna was amazing but she has left the practice and I have had nothing but problems since. My medication refills aren't being taken care, I've had to get unnecessary mri's that I had done already but the new lady didn't see them in my chart when she ordered them. I requested a quote for a PRP injection in July when Brianna was about to leave and when I called to ask for the status I was told they would look into it and get back to me but here we are in September with no information. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor's office. I've been trying to call the office manager all morning but have been hung up on and transferred to the wrong people three times in a row. The girls at the front desk are very nice and friendly. It's hard to communicate with the people at the call center when you call in.

I got checked in quickly and was immediately taken to the back for X-rays. My referring physician was suppose to send over my MRI results but they didn't. The office staff was able to look them up with no problem. I met with Dr. Possely and he was very caring and kind. He took a lot of time to explain the MRI results with me and the surgical procedure he was recommending. I felt confident in his care and booked surgery right away. Dr. Possley's assistant, Ashley, is top notch! She took care of everything from appointments, to insurance verification, and prior authorizations and everything was a breeze. I had back surgery on Friday and they did a fantastic job. I'm still in a lot of pain with a 6 week recovery and looking forward to seeing if this will help with a lot of my pain. Dr. Possley has great bedside manor and was able to perform my surgery with no complications, they made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed, including medications. I will be leaving a follow up review on the outcome of my surgery but so far, so good!

The dry needling in to my face although not the most comfortable, was a viable option considering the high levels of pain i was in 24/7 chewing talking sleeping etc. After about 8 most of this therapy that pain has been pretty much alleviated and my mouth function it about 90% normal. 2015 I am now back in treatment with DR fox for a cyst on my facet joint after two surgeries and minimal relief I am now reverting back to the dry needling method performed by Dr Fox previously with great lief and success. NOTE: I would be Leary of the review by CP after I saw this review of Fox and researched this persons yelp page,This person gave three failing reviews to all clinics they received treatment from. I am a fairly aggressive snowboarder and mountain biker, so I wanted to be fixed. My first back injury had me in so much pain I could barely sit. After my first treatment with Annie, the sharp pain was gone the next day (for which I was much relieved), and she was able to help me get back to normal. My most recent (and current) visit is for a shoulder injury. This time I have worked with Vincent and Natalie, and they have been very helpful. The dry needling works wonders for me, and Vincent has a lot of sports medicine background which is great for me. Highly recommended. I skipped the doctor this last time and went straight to physical therapy.
