She carries far more lines than those available at Bed, Bath & Beyond or Lowe's and Home Depot, and Julie really knows the attributes of each company's products. She made the selection process very easy by quickly showing me samples of shades that had the color and opacity I needed. (In other words, I wasn't pawing through sample book after sample book.) Just having her professionally measure and order shades is worth it, as it is not easy to account for various components (end caps, slider door handles, various window sizes, etc.) And, her installer is very professional and efficient. We were initially interested in getting an apartment with them, but due to our experience (where we had been strung along for 2 months, lied to on multiple occasions, and vehemently struggled to get a hold of them), we decided against it before even signing the lease. They forced us to pay $720 total for the application and "deposit," and are now saying that there's no way for us to get any of that money back, per "policy." Absolutely appalled by the customer service.
