Could of told me crowns can not be whitened. I had time to whiten my teeth b4 crowns came back from lab. ...... NOPE, NOTHING WAS SAID! Oct 30, 23 I'm getting implant surgery now I have to repay CASH to get what BELMONT DENTAL could of saved me from... My dentist Doc or staff ain't going to pay for it. What they want is for next year to come so my dental insurance cover the cost so they get paid CASH by me and make a claim by my insurance. Be very careful! I didn't see the red flags bc I was happy to get my teeth fixed but not to be done dirty especially by someone who supposed to make things right. It's sad but true! It took me a whole lot of manifesting to God to provide me with a good job. For years struggling finally landed one and to betaken from a dentist is foul. The first one the long sides of the crown did not hit the gums causing food to get stuck and the short sides were bubbled causing food to be trapped/decay. I replaced the first one at my expense at a year with minimal damage. The second one I am dealing with now. The crown is 3 years old already causing bone loss and destabilizing my implant (I may have to replace the implant). I am so enraged that a dentist I trusted could deliberately set me up for failure (Dr Olsen has been a dentist for over 40 years and he KNOWS crowns should be flat NOT bubbled). After 30 months of treatment, being lied to several times by 2 of the doctors, and him now having quite an overbite (b/c his mouth cannot hold all of his teeth without having an overbite, he wore his rubber bands), we told them to just take the braces off. Oh, and now he has a missing tooth on the bottom! And they never mentioned that could be a possibility until after we were too far into the process to return. And no big deal to them that now I will have to pay to get that fixed, they got our $5000 and I got an extra dentist bill! I told them from the beginning we were ok with removing teeth to help his smile, but they said no and to trust them. I did and I regret it every day!! So, if your child has a smaller mouth or has anything but straightening a couple teeth, I would look for someone else to take care of your child's mouth. My next two boys will not be going here!! I wish I had never walked through their doors. And I wish they would have just owned up to their mistake or offered some kind of refund, but that just proved to me they are doing it for the money, not to help with people smiles.

Even though I live in Charlotte, I plan to take my family there.
