They worked me in within a short time, and gave me their opinion of the necessary work that needed to be done and why he would recommended having this work done compared to just pulling the tooth, all of which was going to cost 90% less than the other company. Dr. Blowe and his team did a great job! The staff from the start were super nice, and very helpful even with my giant dislike for having my teeth worked on. They are super down to earth, and even with COVID going on, they are well set up, and prepared for patients. Would definitely recommend Blowe Family Dentistry for any dental work.

A week later I was back with a swollen face and gum. They did a 3d X-ray and said I have an infected root and needed a root canal which is $1700 out of MY pocket with insurance. (Still no cavity!) 2 weeks later (and eating only mashed potatoes & smoothies), a tooth broken completely in half. Tried calling at 11:45am on a Friday to make an appt (website says they're open until 3) and the office is closed. Do yourself a favor and look for another dentist. They could have told me I needed all sorts of things, but they didn't. They were honest and said my teeth were in great shape. The dental hygienist was awesome! She explained everything to me in great detail and showed me pictures of my teeth and gums and did a gum test to see if I had any gum issues. She also taught me the correct way to brush and floss.. I am over 40 and learned so much! I also signed up for Invisalign to straighten my teeth which have been bothering me more and more. My teeth started to shift (I had braces when I was 16 and need my straight teeth back!). They don't have massage chairs or TVs at each chair but the info I learned about my teeth and gums was far more valuable to me. I've never had such a thorough and detailed cleaning.

I was eating dinner and a bridge in my mouth came loose. The office did not answer and the answering service took my call. I commend the young lady who took my call for her courtesy and professionalism, however all she could do is schedule me for an appointment a full week from today and tell me she would forward my message to the clinical team. My discomfort and anxiety increased over time so I initiated a live chat on the Stowe dental website with Tisha who was amazing. Tisha told me she was contacting the dentist directly to tell them my situation and although she could not promise anything she would try. I'm disappointed that Stowe Dental does not answer their phones during the posted hours. I received a call back from Tisha and they are able to see me tomorrow at 2pm. She told me they had a cancellation so I could be fit in. My question is this: why can't a dental emergency get fit in irregardless? Would I have been forced to wait a week to be seen? I will ask my Dentist tomorrow..... stay tuned for an update.

I frantically looked online...."what is the name of that cute dentist office? Ah! I found it! The one that looks like a beach house!" I called and was so happy to hear that they would fit me in the next day. I went in and it feels more like vacation inside.. Dr. Johnston is so nice .... I actually enjoyed this visit to the dentist. I don't feel I should have been billed an additional $300+ because they underestimated what my insurance would pay. The bill was somewhat unclear. The additional amount is listed on the bill as "Misc Debit Adjustment " $424. They did agree to split the difference with me. But I won't go back and I won't recommend anyone.

My benefits were ending for the year and He wanted to bill it one last time. I thought I was having a heart attack and had to have Medic come and check me. I was at that point afterward terrified of the Dentist and the SHOTS. I then met Dr Rudisill and He was just wonderful. My Anxiety Was at zero once He told me what he was doing and told me to just let him know if He needed to stop at anytime.
