Peter Pan also follows the district, they start a bit later and end a bit earlier than the district so you have time to drop off and pick up your other kiddos. If I could I would give them 1,000 stars. I did read some of the negative reviews and I disagree with them; this is an absolutely spectacular place to send your children. My kids love school and Peter Pan helped build that foundation for them. For that I will forever be grateful. I will always recommend this school to whoever asks or is looking. I would like to add to Dominic Leodoro. He stated in his initial review that Mrs. V was a nice woman, yet he keeps his review. Mrs. V can't go back and own the business, so she did the best she could being an employee. She has taken this business over and made it into a wonderful place and program. Now while this does not change your experience with the previous owner I think there should be an acknowledgement of the positive changes that have been made since Mrs. V acquired the business. My experience since the daycare has been open has been phenomenal and the quality of staff continues to improve. The director Mrs. Wilmeka is attentive to the classes and respectful to me and other parents when resolving any issues. The teacher's priority is the children's safety and development. Also the kids always leave happy. Every daycare will have children who get hurt or hurt another child and it may be your child who causes the harm. That doesn't make the school bad when so many families have been here still since they opened including myself. I value Anointed Child Development because I TRUST them and its RARE to have that in 2025. My job is a bit different and I don't work daily & she is the ONLY daycare that has accepted her with my different schedule. My son has been scratched, bitten and hit over 7xs since he been there. My son has been bitten 3xs in one day by one specific child and no action was taken after that. I was given an action plan and instructed that they will be separated and supervised at all times well clearly i was lied too. I have watched videos of one of my child teachers literally shacking and rough houseing a child and i tld them god forbid i ever see that childs mother cuz noone should do a child like dat ( layla's mother i hope you see this). I was called today and informed that my child was scratched and wen i got there my son had 3 scratches on his face and neck and i was told i cant guarantee that your child will be supervised at all times. wTF how dare you. They were not transparent and did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. A year later and this is all I can even bring myself to say about it. It's crazy they're still open. The place is spotless, feels like a safe space, and the new director, Shay, is amazing. She's nurturing, kind, and my 20 minute walk through turned into an hour and I knew I was making the right decision. Every classroom I walked into the kids were all happy and laughing. My son is thriving here, he adores the teachers, and it is a breath of fresh air walking into seeing him laughing and enjoying his time there. I also LOVE that they have an open door policy and you are able to go in as many times during the day to check up on your kiddos through the door. The owner definitely made a good choice switching directors. I 1000% would recommend bringing your child here as they can grow into each of the classrooms.
