My experience since the daycare has been open has been phenomenal and the quality of staff continues to improve. The director Mrs. Wilmeka is attentive to the classes and respectful to me and other parents when resolving any issues. The teacher's priority is the children's safety and development. Also the kids always leave happy. Every daycare will have children who get hurt or hurt another child and it may be your child who causes the harm. That doesn't make the school bad when so many families have been here still since they opened including myself. I value Anointed Child Development because I TRUST them and its RARE to have that in 2025. I recommend this daycare to anyone I know so thank you to the owner Ellise who vets staff and doesnt keep anyone who is a problem.

My job is a bit different and I don't work daily & she is the ONLY daycare that has accepted her with my different schedule. She's nurturing, kind, and my 20 minute walk through turned into an hour and I knew I was making the right decision. Every classroom I walked into the kids were all happy and laughing. My son is thriving here, he adores the teachers, and it is a breath of fresh air walking into seeing him laughing and enjoying his time there. I also LOVE that they have an open door policy and you are able to go in as many times during the day to check up on your kiddos through the door. The owner definitely made a good choice switching directors. I 1000% would recommend bringing your child here as they can grow into each of the classrooms.

Unfortunately, the installation was not completed correctly due to their technician's lack of knowledge and led to multiple issues, including improper top alignment, damage to the new top material, modification of my vehicle without my authorization, and water intrusion that later resulted in additional repairs. Upon pickup, I immediately noticed a few issues: 1. There was a gap on the passenger side between the convertible top and the door frame (this didn't exist before the replacement). The technician said that it will take some weeks for the fabric to stretch out and get fitted to the frame. 2. There were two areas where the top was already damaged (small nicks) which the technician said was due to the top getting hooked by the door. Due to the top getting hooked by the door, the technician also said they had to slightly grind away the corner of my door so that it wouldn't further cut my top material. 3. Last issue and the most minor, the fabric from the interior has a plastic brace that clicks over an interior bar and this kept getting unclipped. Unfortunately, the gap never resolved, and I later learned the top had not been properly aligned during installation which led to water intrusion that eventually led to additional repairs which included the replacement of my water damaged ECU. After discovering the problem, I contacted Don's and had to wait one month and a half for an appointment. When I finally brought the car back for inspection, the technician was unable to identify the exact repair needed and directed me to Porsche for further diagnosis and to replace the ECU that was damaged before they could correct the top installation. Porsche confirmed that the top had been installed incorrectly and required alignment correction and replaced my ECU. I contacted Don's immediately, and spent months contacting Don's and their manager Desmond trying to get my installation corrected. Don's offered a replacement top but refused to install it, refused to pay for installation elsewhere, and refused to provide a refund for the installation service I originally paid for. In other words, I paid for a completed installation and correction of any installation-related issues, but the shop ultimately stated it was no longer capable of performing the work. What has been most disappointing is not only the installation itself, but Don's and their manager Desmond's lack of accountability, lengthy delays, poor communication, and lack of a meaningful resolution. I trusted the shop's expertise when I raised concerns immediately after pickup, and months later I am still left with the cost and burden of finding another shop to complete the work correctly. My experience can be summarized as follows: * I paid for a convertible top replacement that was not installed correctly. * I reported the issues immediately upon pickup. * Porsche later confirmed the top was improperly aligned during installation. * I incurred additional expenses for diagnosis and repairs related to the water intrusion. * Months passed while I attempted to have the issue corrected. * Don's ultimately stated they could not perform the corrective installation because they no longer had a qualified technician. * Despite being unable to complete the work, the shop refused to refund the installation cost.

Mrs. Kelly has really worked with him to come out of his shell and build his social skills. (I am a foster to adopt mom and I also hold my license for this, so I try to remain as professional as possible in all situations.) I planned on leaving the facility after the Summer program ended and never looking back, but today was the final straw. The owner decided to speak to me in a very disrespectful deportment in front of children, parents, as well as staff members while picking up my son from the end of the year "Picnic in the Park" event. She loudly made ignorant comments and remarks to me from across the park in an ill-mannered way, as my son and I were leaving. This was the most loutish behavior I have seen thus far from someone who is supposed to be a professional with children under their care. This all originally started towards the beginning of her Summer program after she refused to apologize or even admit that she was wrong about incorrectly adding up the cost of all field trips for the Camp. She began by texting me at 6:44a.m. on Friday July 8, 2022 accusing me of cheating her out of funds for Summer activities. Please also keep in mind that I paid for everything in advance before it was even due. She was in fact incorrect and it was proven. Even with the error on her end she still refused to apologize and had the audacity to have an attitude with me, because she was proven wrong. She stormed out of the building at that time and even continued to show her haughty demeanor on a daily basis since the incident. If a parent is asking for clarification on something it is common courtesy to speak to them with respect; which the owner did not display. I wish that I could post the screenshots of the deranged text messages that were being sent to me by this woman, but it is against policy for Photos and Video Criteria. Hopefully I have been detailed enough though for those in need of a review. If I ever get the go ahead to post the screenshots of the text messages she sent to me I will gladly do this for any proof needed for fellow parents as they have been saved to my device for reference. I previously liked this facility, but I noticed the staff constantly changing and leaving one by one with no notice. She even lost an amazing retired CPS teacher (Mrs. Coleman) and I should have read the writing on the wall after her departure. At this point, the turnover rate is awful and now I understand why. I have witnessed her speaking poorly to her staff first hand and was in absolute shock that she did this in front of me as a parent instead of taking the employee into the office. Please do your due diligence when selecting any facility; as a level of trust is needed since your child is in their hands during the day. This was not the only incident, but after multiple run-ins with the owner, I do not trust that my child would be treated properly in her care. He will no longer be attending this daycare after today, but once again, make sure that you do your own homework in your selection process to make the best decision for your family. I have NEVER experienced this level of unprofessionalism from someone who is supposed to care for little children. I am just glad that my son will no longer be in attendance there.

Please don't be fooled by the 5 star reviews, Terry is "friends" with Pedro who is an owner, this establishment is a money hungry, unprofessional circus. My daughter went there for years and had no issues, my son who needed assistance developmentally was bullied and "expelled." I was called often to pick up my child because they didn't have enough teachers. I was actually told by the director I had to pick him up because they didn't want to over work the teachers. A teacher sent me home a bag of sh*t because she was too lazy to clean up after an accident my son had. The great couple "owners" were no where to be found. Check the student teacher ratio when your child is dropped off and ask to see credentials. Ask to meet the owners. They also have a dog named Bruno they keep on premises (owner's dog) yet they didn't have enough teachers to care for the kids. But don't worry you'll never see the owners because they hide themselves behind their office doors with their Christian religious fascade. For a few more dollars you can have quality care that follow the rules of the state. Within a week my son was switched over to a place that makes them wash their hands before school (didn't know that was state regulation since kidslife never followed this even when my daughter attended), teaches them a curriculum, and has a stable foundation of teachers. If you don't believe me, ask about the turn over rate with teachers, ask about the dog, hand washing, and the fact that there is no homework/structure for the kids. If you are looking for a babysitting service this is your place...but if you are seeking quality care with true professionals please don't take the advice of Pedro and his yelp friends with their phony reviews and take a moment to find a facility that safely and confidently addresses all of your child's needs. For 650 a month find REAL care! My son was kicked out once I reported the center to dcfs coincidently when my son mentioned that he saw a mouse there, that is after HE told me about Bruno the dog.
