Horrible daycare! I would highly recommend that you look into the other daycares in the area before…read morelooking into this one. My experience is a year with KinderCare has been nothing but stressful!! the only reason it took me this long because all the other daycares were full. I would pick my son up and he would be dirty and wet even though I brought enough clothes for him to be changed, they have sent somebody else's clothes with him before and we have no idea what happened to his, When he was a little younger I picked him up with two bibs one on top of the other bc they are too lazy to take the dirty wet one off , I once got a call from ms.Ashley telling me that my child is unconscious! after scaring the hell out me she really meant that he took a nap and he was in deep sleep. They once called me to pick up my son because he would not take a nap and they needed to take a break. Every single day when I pick up my son he's crying for water bc they never give them water. One of the teachers has a child in the class and she's constantly comparing her kid to my son and comparing our parenting style.(super unprofessional) she has even mentioned before that it was not worth becoming a daycare teacher and last week she labeled my two year old son as "snotty" and that was the end of it for me. Every time I voiced my concerns to the Director Anita she would brush me off by being "customer service"by that I mean she would say " I am so sorry to hear that, I will talk to them" things will be good for like two days before going back to nasty normal. Either she didn't do much about it or the teachers do not respect her enough. There many more incidents but I can't list them all. Class is maxed out with kids who are not being taken care of and not enough teachers. 320$-350 weekly for this daycare is not worth it, I would gladly pay that to a daycare with teachers who actually love kids and not to a daycare with teachers who work there for the discount they get for their kids. Don't let 25 good google reviews fool you like they fooled me.

This review is long overdue. I am a graduate of Small Stride Academy and my oldest daughter has…read morealso graduated from there and attends their after school program. My baby girl is currently enrolled in their day care program and I couldn't be happier. Ms. Allen has been in the business for decades and with that comes a great knowledge of how to care for and love on these babies. She has created a gem with Small Stride Academy and I have referred many of my friends to her as well. The teachers are so loving, friendly and nurturing. Ms. Harrison has a way with children that will have you asking her for tips. LOL She is able to work with children with various personalities and that speaks volumes to her gentle spirit and loving heart. I was a nervous wreck when my baby girl started school and Ms. Harrison and Ms. Kalena were there to calm me and my husband's fears. The Co-Director Ms. Kalena is so sweet and such a joy to talk to. She never got irritated with me calling multiple times a day to check on my baby and even encouraged me to do so to see how she was adjusting. By the third day my baby was jumping out of my arms to go to school and when she did that I knew once again that I had made the best choice for my baby by sending her to Small Stride. Another plus is they are open during convenient hours for us working parents! I highly recommend you check them out, they are such a blessing to my family!

She was really happy, made a lot of friends, and the teachers loved her and she them. She still misses her teachers and friends. They don't have anything for kids who are ahead and could use a challenge.

The faculty and staff are warm, friendly, and most importantly, I trust them. She's learned so much--letters, numbers, shapes, even the weather--and has picked up a few Spanish words along the way, which I love. I also really appreciate their flexibility. Opening at 7:30 am is a huge help on days when I need to start work early. They're incredibly communicative as well--anytime I have a question, I get a quick response through the Brightwheel app. I highly recommend this daycare/preschool, especially if you're in the neighborhood.

As a working parent, one of the hardest decisions is choosing a daycare for your child. At 10…read moremonths my son's original daycare closed down and we decided to look at options around our home. Out of all the daycares we viewed, Angels R Us was clearly the best choice. I wish I chose this place first! It's so clear they care deeply about the children and provide a safe and engaging space. My son just turned 4 and I don't regret our decision one bit. The staff has been kind, extremely caring and also provide academically rigorous instruction for the students. My 4 year old now has weekly spelling test for his sight words and many times he comes home already knowing how to spell the words because they practice at school. He knows how to count beyond 50+, identify letters and letter sounds and I think this is a direct reflection of the hard work happening at daycare and at home, this has been a true partnership all centered around the well being of my son! Staff also keep the children and families engaged with family projects, frequent spirit week celebration, amongst other things. I would be remiss if I didn't mention Ms. Barr and Ms. Anise. These two women have played such a huge role in my child's development and overall comfort at the daycare. My son talks about them daily! It is clear their hearts are deeply invested in the work they do and they challenge and teach children from the very beginning! I can go on and on but Angels R Us is a great option. If you're looking for a place that feels like family but also is challenging academically, this is the place!
