There is no respect for a client's time or schedule. There have become rude since under new management a few years ago. I developed a infecrion after having my nails done there and the owner did not accept any liability I had to see a doctor on my own dime & obtain a precription to clear up the infection. I expect some loyalty after more than two decades of being a Faithful customer there. I had been told by many that used to patronize this establishment after their bad experiences who went onto other local nail salons. They also keep elevating their pricing even since the beginning of this year. Not with service like this it is not warranted. It is time to take others leads and move on...

She gave me a very relaxing hand massage that was delightful. I didn't have time to stay for my pedicure and my eyebrows so I made an appointment to come after work. After work I came right in and they took me in right away. There are a variety of different pedicures you can choose from. I just chose a regular pedicure and it came with a ten minute massage which again very relaxing and delightful. It seemed like she was hitting all the right spots. As my nails were drying under the dryer, she asked me did I want another massage as my feet were drying. You know my answer was absolutely!!! It was only a five minute massage but it was very good. The service was great and the staff were very nice. I think I might be changing nail salons.

Ping and Michael are personable and mindful of quality. The salon was very clean and a pleasant environment - spa like. I had my toes done in white, which can be challenging and easily appear streaky. This was not a problem here. I will be coming back.

Ever since the first time I went, Ping and Michael have remembered me by name! I always get a specialty pedicure (usually the Green Tea) because of bad calluses (I know-TMI) and they do an amazing job. Usually Michael does my pedicure but everyone there is great. One of my biggest pet peeves is people talking on their cell phones while getting my pedi. Since they have a loyal client base, this rarely happens and, for me, it makes all the difference!
