At the onset, a simple email sent with some references I had in mind, then turned into excellent renders of exactly what I had envisioned. Ash was able to listen to what I wanted, and with his knowledge and experience he was able to fulfill exactly what I was looking for. Once the project was underway, the planning and organization was second to none, without any concern from neighbors, aside from them coming by, with excitement to see what step was next. Creating the landscape with the metalwork, along with the textures from the different rocks, various plants, irrigation, and lighting seemed like a huge task, but went so smooth, and I couldn't be happier to come home to this every day. Plus with the landscape as a focal point of conversation, I have met a lot of new neighbors that also find a nice detail within the design that they love!

We cannot recommend Chance and Super Sweep Chimney Service enough!…read moreFrom the very beginning, Chance was professional, kind, and kept us informed every step of the process. There was a delay in manufacturing our custom chimney cap, and instead of leaving us wondering, he proactively kept us updated the entire time. One thing we appreciated most was that he never treated us like we didn't understand. He took the time to explain exactly what was going on inside our chimney, why certain repairs were recommended, and what could happen if they were ignored. Even better, he never pressured us into spending more money. He laid out several options, explained the pros and cons of each, prioritized what was most important, and let us make the decision based on our budget. At no point did it feel like he was trying to make a sale. It truly felt like he was trying to help us make the best decision for our home. We also had a specific vision for our chimney cap. We showed Chance a photo, and he had a custom cap fabricated that matched exactly what we wanted. His measurements were so precise that it fit like a glove, and honestly, it looks incredible. The little things really stood out too. I happened to see one of our nosy neighbors talking to him while he was working. Chance was incredibly kind and gracious, but he also respected our privacy and didn't share details about the work being done. When he needed to use our hose to mix materials, he rolled it back up and put it away exactly where he found it. That may seem like a small thing, but after dealing with so many contractors who leave a mess or treat your property carelessly, those little acts of respect really mean something. Chance is truly a class act. We only wish every contractor operated with the same level of professionalism, honesty, communication, and respect. If you need chimney work done, call Chance of Super Sweep Chimney Service. Five stars all the way.

He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and communicative. He clearly showed us what was wrong with our chimney, promptly emailed us the plan and costing, and we easily set up two days for him to come complete the project. We even felt comfortable leaving him alone in our house all day with our dog on Day 2! He cleaned up after himself and made the whole process so easy. This entire experience couldn't have gone better. Our only regret is not having this done sooner! This is a niche skill--he's carried on his family's business and there's no one I would more highly recommend for any fire place related services. Thanks, Chance!
