Service was scheduled at 9:00 AM, and Deon confirmed the appointment the day before, which I appreciated since many companies leave guessing till the last minute. Deon also let me know that they were on the way to our home, prior to the appointment time, which to me is a professional way of conducting business! On arrival I found Deon to be highly professional and friendly, asking if we wanted him to wear shoe covers, then went to our kitchen and listened to what we had done in the past, our problems and then gave us his professional advice up to the point of where he could. Told him I would be available in the evening the following day. No word from him. This was day 3. Called out another electrician. TJM had four rooms of lighting that included a total of 19 lights on ONE switch. It's a wonder my home did not catch fire. Asked for a refund, he said I had to be joking. Explained to him what he did and that all his work had to be redone. *Crickets*. He never responded back. What he did was unprofessional and very, very, very dangerous. Long story short...I was never refunded. -DAYTON, OHIO
