After! Like New!

I didn't think anything could help my headlights. They weren't just foggy, they were opaque. Rolando did a masterful job and was very helping answering all my questions and giving me advice about how to keep them beautiful as long as possible. I received same day quality service and I will use NOVA Headlights Restoration again!

I was honestly very skeptical that anyone could bring the headlights on my 18 year old 2004 F250 truck back to life. I figured I was going to have to replace them as they were both heavily oxidized and clouded, sand blasted from the winds we get out here over 18 years, and dark yellow in appearance. The light output was greatly diminished to the point where I didn't like driving my truck at night. I talked with several companies in Las Vegas offering headlight restoration and looked over many reviews and decided to go with Nova Headlight Restoration. I initially spoke with Rolando, who is the owner of this small mobile business, via phone, and texted him close up photographs of my headlights. I thought for sure my headlights were a lost cause and being that I live a considerable distance from Las Vegas, I wanted to make sure that I wasn't wasting my time driving all the way up there for nothing.   Rolando assured me that he could get my headlights looking like new again and honestly, out of everyone I had talked to that morning, Rolando was just as pleasant as could be, so I decided to go for it. I met him at the Walmart Shopping Center, off I215 & Rainbow...right there in the parking lot. He was right on time and pulled up next to my F250 in a tiny little Scion iQ car (bright orange), pulled out a box of tools and supplies from his car and immediately started working on my headlights. I'll be honest, I was extremely nervous at this point as I was expecting a 'company' vehicle (with company logo etc)  to drive up but Rolando is one of the nicest guys you will meet and he made me feel right at ease from the moment he shook my hand and handed me his business card. We had an awesome conversation about this, that and the other while he worked on my headlights. He is quite the entrepreneur and has an awesome personality. After working on my right headlight for about 40 minutes or so, all of a sudden you could just see the difference. My headlight was looking like it was brand new....so much so that some guy driving by actually stopped and took PHOTOS of my headlights and asked Rolando if he could get a business card. Rolando even went as far as restoring my two little fog lights too. I am so incredibly impressed with the work that Rolando did on my headlights and can't thank him enough for all of his hard work. I'm uploading before and after photos of my truck to go with this review for anyone considering using Nova Headlights Restoration.

Grateful to have found this shop after breaking down off the freeway. They were able to get us in…read moreand my husband's car fixed right away. Everyone there was really professional and personable. Extra shout out to Bob & Gary. After having such a great experience I'll be coming here for my smog, oil changes and all car related things!

This place preys on women and almost anybody that's gullible with a wallet…read more I brought my car here several months ago for an oil change and they told me I needed a new plug gasket for my engine-- to the tune of $900. So what did I do? I paid it and had it done (as a responsible car-owner). My fiance came in for an oil change-- and you'd never guess-- HIS car also needed a new plug gasket for $900. He declined. Neither of these experiences were enough for me to post this review-- but last week the AC went out in my car. I found a reliable auto company to give me an estimate to repair. Turns out I needed a new compressor-- the other company's estimate was $1499. I brought my car here for the second opinion. I called before coming and they told me they would give me an estimate free of charge-- mind you it also says on the front door they offer free AC Inspections and free estimates. They raised my car and spent about 10-15 minutes checking it out and then dropped the hammer. The compressor was shot (same diagnosis as the 1st company) which was what I was expecting. The cost to repair?? $4200!! I told them that was way too much and they explained this was the OEM price and they needed to use OEM to give the best repair. When they saw me ready to walk, they offered the repair with non OEM parts and that would be $2000. Still being 25% more than the other quote I opted to not have the service done there. They worked up my paper estimate and told me my balance was $89.99. Like wtf? I told them I was told the diagnostic would be free-- and it's literally advertised on their front door as free. Needless to say, they waived the fee, and I had my compressor completed by the other guys for $1499. Lesson learned.
