Update to my previous review... After having my brakes and rotors replaced because of pulsating while braking, the pulsating and squeaking remained. I addressed these issues with the company, to which they came out three different times to repair the issue. But the problem remained. Then there was the unanswered text messages. So our issue was never resolved and I have now had to replace my brakes and rotors with a different company less than a year after using Nevada mobile brakes. For the money we paid, I don't recommend this company at all. If they're even in business still, 3 numbers I have for them and none of them are working. read more

The tech then spent a lot of time on the phone and iPad while trying to figure out what to do next. I was waiting for him to watch a YouTube video. He finally told me that they had never done this repair on my vehicle. He could have figured it out ahead of time had he known what he was getting into. I received a text message that that day to confirm appointment with the Letter C. I respond back with C. I didn't get a response back. I called the day before 1/3 and left a message to follow up and make sure we were still on for 1/4. 1/4 at 10am comes no one shows up. The quoted price was a little high for my vehicle compared to some other local places. I figured I would pay the premium since they come to my vehicle. Sadly, my appointment was not kept and I was left hanging with no updates. This is just unprofessional. I finally got a text about 49 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start saying that someone was coming. I won't pay premium prices if I can't get a courtesy update regarding a delay or if you just can't be on time at all for other reasons.
