Excellent! I had never been to a laundromat, fearing they're unsafe and dirty. This one is amazing!! Super bright, safe (with many cameras), newer machines, multiple flatscreen tvs to watch the news, and the man who works here couldn't possibly be more helpful. I came with a comforter that wouldn't fit in my washer. It was washed and dried in a half an hour!! Very happy. read more

I was searching around for a place that was clean and I happen to remember driving by this location on my way to work each morning. I am so happy I decided to go in, the machines are new, the owner welcomed me, shook my hand and thanked me for coming. This business says always attendant on duty not true. Locked bathrooms can't use them. Front doors locked I think fire hazard. Can't access WiFi complained no Help from owner. read more

Quiet, clean laundromat with new digital washers and dryers. Clean bathroom, ATM, change and vending machines. Friendly owner and staff. My medium load of laundry dried in the large dryer in 30 minutes. Highly recommend! read more

I was finally able to get a Wednesday evening free so I could take advantage of the $1.00-per-load discount that's in force on Tuesday and Wednesday. Bright Bubble is a bright, clean, spacious, and comfortable place to get the laundry done. The lavatory is clean, there's a play area for children, as other reviewers note, video games, vending machines, and two large-screen TVs, one of which was displaying closed-captioning (huzza!). Since I don't have a TV, I was fascinated by the goings-on on "Family Feud" and "Arrow." It certainly made the task of folding immeasurably more fun. P.S. They also have a recycling bin, which is a definite plus. (Other laundromats I've used don't make any attempt to allow recycling; customers dump empty plastic bottles into the trash, and they end up in landfill, an environmentally irresponsible practice.) read more

I love it here. All the machines are new and efficient. On Tuesday and Wednesdays they have 1.25(normally 2.50) washes in small machines (extra .25 if you want hot water) and 3.25 washes (normally 4.25) for the larger machines. The owner Rob, is very friendly and genuinely welcomes you and thanks you for coming it. All the staff are friendly. This one time I put my laundry in the machine and went grocery shopping and when I came back the assistant noticed I was gone for a while and put my clothes in the dryer for me. Now I don't know about you, but I hate spending time at the laundry mat. I was annoyed I took so long shopping and wanted to go home the last thing I wanted to do wait for my laundry to dry. When I walked in the assistant came up to me told me he had put my clothes in the dryer and they were done. I was so excited. I thought that was very thoughtful and just a genuine act of kindness. I live of park ave and I go out of my way to come here. All other laundry mats don't compare. If you live in the city on park ave, university area, monroe, south wedge, Cobbs hill you need to try this place. There are nice flat screen tvs. A small kids play area if you need to bring them along. They have Snacks, clean bathroom, plenty of folding areas, atm, soap center, money tons of chairs and high top tables if you bring homework or laptop, there is parking in the back, but I am unsure about wifi. But best of all is that the last load is at 10pm. I love that. I work alot of doubles and I find it hard to get my laundry done, most other places last load is around 8 so having it at 10 gives my extra time to come. Also there is always someone here, this area of monroe can be dicey sometimes but the owner Rob has in the past shooed along bumbs, and shady people, which makes me feel safe. I tell all my friends about this place and now I'm telling you, you need to try this place! read more

Very nice place! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Rob who helped show me how to run his state of the art washers and dryers. Very clean and well maintained and the massage chairs are awesome! The washer was so powerful my things were barely wet when taking them out to dry! Will come back again! read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I had a need to use a dryer for a 15-20 minute cycle quickly before closing time. As closing time is advertised as 9:30, I figured getting in there a couple minutes before 9 would get me in and out before closing time. While going to enter the facility, I was stopped by the attendant who asked why I was just coming in. I explained to her that I just needed to use the dryer for a short period before the place closed up and she gave me a hard time. I didn't even put up a fight and then she started to shout at me some more extremely rudely. I will never give this place any business in the future and I recommend that the staff considers controlling their temperament, especially when they are not being belittled or denigrated in the slightest! read more

This is the place to go when you want a clean laundromat with working machines, helpful staff, and plenty of space to relax and fold. I travel frequently and this is definitely the best laundromat I've found! It's also air conditioned and clean. It s nice to accidentally drop a sock on the floor and not feel like you have to re-wash it :) Parking in the rear makes it easy to transport large loads right inside the rear door. read more

This is probably the nicest and cleanest laundromat in Rochester, but it's also one of the newest. On several occasions I have had the attendant or owner offer to help me with my bags, which I have never had done before at any other laundromats. It may or may not be slightly more expensive than the other ones on Monroe but they have dolllar off days as well as college days. The parking in the back is also a huge plus. Large tvs, a play area, massage chairs and video games are also available. read more

We washed my daughter's dorm bedding and clothing as we are from the west coast. Excellent and fast washers and dryers. The place is clean. The attendants are friendly and helpful. You can get change for up to a $20 bill. Free parking in the back with a back door entrance. read more

This laundromat is great! The prices are very reasonable and the machines work really really well. The best part of the whole place though has to be the owner. He's usually there walking around asking if you need help or simply just to ask how your day is going and to thank you for your business. This place is clean, and spacious. There are vending machines and really great window views, making it feel almost more like a cafe where you can sit and work, people watch, talk, or do whatever while waiting for your laundry. The seating is comfortable and plentiful, and not in the way of where people fold laundry, so there are no awkward moves to get out of someone's way. The owner/staff person there was incredibly nice, and was sort of checking in with customers to make sure they were happy, while giving space to other customers who seemed to want to be left alone. The washing machines and dryers are new and very efficient, so of course those work amazingly. And the dryers give a little more time per quarter than the place across the street, while also working better (it seems to me). I tend to stick with what I know on things like laundromats, just because it's easier. But I'm really glad that other circumstances sent me to this new place today.
