They want renter"s insurance proof and then will charge their "company associated insurance fees" if you don't have personal insurance. I received my paid faceshhet for renewal on expiration day of 04/04/23, had to make a copy and scan it, then mailed their office the copy on 04/06/2023. I then received acknowledgement. When my invoice was received, I was charged an additional prorated month of "company insurance" because I didn't get them the expiration paperwork on 04/05/2023 and so they charged me their automatic insurance fee. I sent an Email questioning my invoice and requesting a response on 04/16/2023 that same day invoice was received. GUESS WHAT- NO RESPONSE!! Repeat Email sent 04/19/2023, finally got notice but no explanation. I then had to call and told it "was a software issue but couldn't be reversed!" I've been with this facility for seven years supplying their insurance paperwork showing I have renter's insurance every year. Good luck trying to deal with customer service, this is so many has changed company names multiple times, and has continued to degrade and its services. I would find another location to rent. Terrible customer service with this new company!
