We are a small private physical therapy practice located in Hamburg, NY. We service Western New York, including patients from Buffalo, Hamburg, Lakeview, Orchard Park, Blasdell, Eden, and all of the southtowns. At Brierwood Physical Therapy, we are proud to have a reputation where one-on-one attention is our focus. We feel the best outcomes come by building a strong relationship with our clients, understanding their goals, and setting up a plan as a team. Often times, you will see YOUR same physical therapist from the start of your care until your successful discharge. We have flexible morning and evening hours Monday thru Friday, Saturdays as needed.

In 2016, the Hamburg location of Advanced Care PT of WNY became Brierwood Physical Therapy. The therapists working at Brierwood Physical Therapy have been servicing Western New York with quality care for over 8 years, at this current location.
Meet the Business Owner: Anthony S.
Anthony is the owner of Brierwood Physical Therapy. Anthony believes in a diversified approach to care, including, but not limited to, McKenzie theories of diagnosis and treatment, Maitland and Mulligan theories of manual therapy, muscle release, soft tissue techniques, and functional approaches to exercise. He is also trained in balance and vestibular rehabilitation, including correction of BPPV. Anthony has built Brierwood Physical Therapy on the premise that an individualized plan, and one-on-one focus from YOUR therapist, provides the best outcomes.
