Last year when they came out for service, the technician flipped a valve that I warned him about three different times at our appointment. He flipped it anyway and flooded my kitchen, dining room and hallway. There was 4" of water in my crawl space. They refinished the floors but I had hotel costs, furniture movers, storage for furniture and the whole experience was horrible for all of us. A month ago I called to schedule my regular six month service and I was told they wouldn't help me because of "my plumbing issues". The flooding was THEIR fault. I'm having to switch to Culligan and buy all new water filtration. Pure water Technologies is not a reputable company.

i would look somewhere else for your water needs. they don't even deserve one star. had them…read morerepair one of their existing systems with new replacement parts (per their recommendation) and it has never worked correctly. it constantly freezes up and stops working which requires us to shut down the system for at least 20 minutes and then restart. this has to be done by climbing up and down stairs to access the unit in the crawl space. when they did come out to repair the system we were assured it was fixed but that is not the case. the last time they came out it took them 6 months to show up. they don't want to honor their warranty now which is clearly stated on the invoice. i told them i would do this write up and the owner told me "he could sling mud too" all we are asking for is a system to work correctly and it looks like they can't provide it. with their "50 years experience" they have had 1 1/2 years to make it work and that's not happened.
