Just because it says "Inn" in the name, doesn't mean they want you to stay very long. They brought out the main course before our appetizers were done. It made the rest of the night feel rushed. The Home Workout is a tall order. The perfect drink to unwind with after a long day. Almost every table had the exact same cocktail. The cornbread with honey mustard was very good The Shishito peppers with aioli was some of the best I have ever had. The filet mignon was pretty good but had a bit of a beefy taste to it. Overall a 4 star that could've been a 5 if they didn't rush us.

A weekend at Bridgehampton Inn & Restaurant was relaxing and walking distance to fantastic restaurants and shops. The breakfast had a nice selection. I had the oatmeal with fruit and a blueberry scone. Freshly made and absolutely delicious. The room was charming. There was a small tv...if you're looking for modern this is not the place to stay. The outdoor spaces were gorgeous with comfortable outdoor furniture. No swimming pool. I overall enjoyed my stay and would love to revisit.

Very tasty food, good service, quaint ambiance. This is a great place to go to dine with a group, it's not too loud and easy to have conversation. The steak was delicious, it came out hot and exactly how I ordered it the first time. It was not slow either, so I would recommend this experience. Food - A Service - A Ambiance - B Overall - A-

Fun atmosphere, with friendly ambiance. Hearty french onion soup. Dinner was yummy but none of the dishes I had did I think I *have* to eat again. Will likely dine again in the summer.

Sitting just at the west end of town (use Loaves and Fishes as your landmark) is a restaurant that i never knew existed, Bridgehampton Inn. had dinner there last night, and became an instant fan. the outdoor space is comfortable, well landscaped, and heated. the service was friendly, attentive, but not hanging over your shoulder. Shared the tuna/crab roll, which we expected to be like a fried egg roll. instead it was 2 large pieces of tuna sashimi over crabmeat. it was excellent. tasty, and not overly filling for an appetizer. For a main course i had the chicken, because i was feeling a bit boring. The dish was well presented, tasty, and juicy, with a side of sweet potato purée, and a tangy sauce. i didnt have a drink, but others in our party did, and everyone seemed to enjoy what they were served. The bill was typically Hamptons pricey, but if that doesn't deter you (because you're in the Hamptons, the meal was excellent, and i would highly recommend the Bridgehampton Inn.

From the moment you walk into the dining area, you will feel like this could be something special. The indoor dining that spills to the outdoor courtyard is so wonderful, and if the outdoor vibe isn't your thing you can sit indoors and view the beautiful courtyard within. We find the staff to be super professional, courteous, and very attentive. They are knowledgeable about the menu, allergies, and the bar options. I have severe dairy allergies and trust the staff completely with my orders. The chef is super creative and mixes up the menu on a regular basis with seasonal options. Some may say dinner in the Hamptons is too expensive, but when you get high quality fresh ingredients served in a wonderful manner there are no complaints here!

This by far is one of our best finds. As our car broke down but a block away from the Bridgehampton Inn & Restaurant we just had to ask if there was room for two more for dinner. Met at the door by Sybelle the owner with the warmest of welcomes we were ushered out to the patio. How enchanting. John was wonderful as he listened to our auto-tale of woe he was so empathetic from there nothing was a miss. Elena our waitress was amazing. Our Filet Mignons were cooked to perfection and the Peach Napoleon was delicious with a personal French-press cafe. We shall return very soon. In fact our wedding anniversary is around the corner I think we will stay here at the Inn so we can experience their wonderful French Toast.

Cerene checked us in and she was just amazing! I felt compelled to write this review because of her. We loved her dynamic personality and lots of local insight (she told us she has been there for over 20 years.) We stayed at the hotel and ate breakfast at the restaurant the next morning. The hotel rooms are older but well kept. It felt like we were staying in a room in someone's house. Breakfast the next morning was amazing! The coffee was on point, homemade wheat bread to die for, and the breakfast ham cured by the restaurant was mouth-watering. The location is running distance to the beach ~2.5 miles which was a plus. We loved it and would definitely stay again. There are not many big name hotel options in the area so we had to dial back our expectations a bit, but Cerene and breakfast made up for it.

My husband and I stayed here on Easter long weekend, a getaway that we planned to escape the city. We arrived on Thursday evening and departed Sunday morning. We stayed in the Halsey Suite, which was absolutely incredible. The bed was extremely comfortable and the fireplace was just wonderful. My husband and I also decided that our next home has to have a similar bathroom because it was just awesome. The freestanding tub, shower, and amenities were incredible. We also loved the afternoon cookies baked by Liz and just staying at this wonderful inn. On Friday, since it was the only day with good weather, Liz gave us directions to the beach and helped us figure out where to eat for dinner. We drove around and explored the area. On Saturday, Liz gave us passes to the Parrish Art Museum, and we spent the rest of the time just relaxing in the room until dinner which was also nice because the weather was pretty terrible. The room had so many incredible amenities, and it was nice to just be able to get away and relax. It would be remiss of me to leave a review without mentioning the breakfasts made by Liz. 3 courses of absolute deliciousness - as you can see from my photos. They were also wonderful at recommending restaurants to eat at, and tell us what they thought if it was a place we already booked. I also purchased the cookies and cocoa option as a surprise for my husband, and Liz's homemade marshmallows and the homemade cookies we took home allowed us to keep enjoying the stay we had here. If we ever decide to come out to The Hamptons again, White Fences would be the first place we look to book. We had an absolutely incredible stay.

The hotel acknowledged it was not my fault but rather than deal with Expedia they ripped up off a vulnerable customer. My rating is based on ethics of management vs the accommodations of the hotel given I never got to stay there. My wife and I had to get (and double pay) for another hotel room last minute.

We stayed two nights in a dog friendly room, which was spacious and clean - no previous smell of a dog at all! They had a dog bed and treats with bowls waiting for her. It was so cute! We visited the restaurant and our food was great. Service was quick and helpful with the menu as well. They had the fire place on which was so nice. We went to the bar/lounge afterwards and had a few drinks by that fireplace. So nice and relaxing. Staff was always welcoming and all drinks and food were good. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. That's all you can ask for! My only complaint was when we were checking out I wanted to make sure our bill was correct and wanted to speak with someone. With Sunday brunch going on upstairs there was no one at the front desk for almost 15 minutes. During the time I was waiting two other people came behind me to wait as well. The front desk person who came back was quick and friendly to get us checked out but for the price I would think someone would be there at all times? We can't wait to come back to Barons Cove soon!!

Room to Improve: 1) Inflexible 4:00PM check-in. They emailed to ask when we'd arrive beforehand; I said 2:00 and would appreciate an early check-in, they said to wait and will text me when room was ready. Actually we had to wait outside in the heat or in the crowded lounge until 4:30PM, no early check-ins for anyone (there were other guests waiting with us). We would have walked into town for lunch had we known this. 2) Free coffee but no included food for breakfast, which is only served in their upstairs restaurant at extra charge. At BC's price point they could have offered a few complementary pastries, as is done at many cheaper venues. 3) The a/c in our room was old, noisy, had no remote and didn't work well. Musty smell in room. 4) Lunch served outside only in all kinds of weather, insufficient umbrellas to provide shade on hot day. (Pls see separate review for their restaurant). All in all our stay at Barons Cove was pretty good, but felt their oldish amenities didn't warrant high room rates plus puzzling "resort fees."

I've stayed at Cozy Cabins aka Cozy Cottages twice for work trips. A couple weeks ago and two years…read moreago. The company booked the rooms, but had I or any of my coworkers had a say, we would've stayed anywhere else. We nicknamed the place Creepy Cabins. Rooms: The rooms are small and cramped. The size of the rooms wouldn't be an issue if the overall experience were better. The rooms that my coworkers and I stayed in had twin sized beds -- given how tiny the rooms are, larger beds wouldn't fit. Some rooms are renovated, some aren't. They have refrigerators (some full sized some mini), microwaves, and either an oven or toaster oven. During my most recent trip, my renovated room smelled of mildew during the entire 4 days we were there. During my trip a couple years ago, the room was filled with bugs, and the toilet didn't flush properly. Some rooms have tall cabinets to hang clothing (in place of closets), some have neither (including my rooms for both of my trips here). There are drawers, however. Each room has a patio with furniture. The state of the patios/furniture varies. Mine was okay this time around. My coworkers had patios with torn screens, which allowed bugs in. Another coworker had a patio with a light but no light switch. So his patio was completely dark. Cleanliness: The rooms aren't the cleanest, but there was no visible dirt in my room. At least two of the towels in my room had black marks on them. One of my coworkers had a towel with an old bloodstain on it. My room/bathroom had no hooks, towel bars, etc. so my roomie and I had to leave our towels hanging over chairs. Not a huge deal but still annoying. There was no housekeeping. So our trash and dirty towels piled up during the trip. Keys: We were only allowed 1 key per room, even though each room had 2-3 people in it. My roomie and I were lucky because we found 2 spare keys and a beach pass in the bedside table drawer. None of our coworkers had multiple keys for their rooms. Some of them were forced to leave their doors unlocked because passing a key back and forth was an impossibility. Others got locked out of their rooms for hours at a time because passing the key between the 2 or 3 of them was too difficult to manage given our differing schedules and the unpredictability of the gig we were on. And, of course, the staff (when we could actually reach them) refused to help anyone who was locked out get into their rooms. Beach Passes: My room was also the only one with a beach pass (though it was assigned to/labeled for a different room). When one of my coworkers went to get the beach pass promised to each of us for booking, the staff was reluctant to hand it over. They insisted he give them his license in return. After some arguing, they handed over the pass, but it's ridiculous that they'd put up such a fight for something promised to guests. Wifi: There is no wifi in the cabins. If you're close to the main house on the property, you get signal, but that's it. It's unacceptable that they don't have wifi, especially given that there is terrible cell reception in the Hamptons and virtually none on the property itself, and that there is no landline in the rooms. Staff: Staff was VERY difficult to get ahold of and get help from. They didn't answer the phone. When we went to the main building for help, staff often either wasn't present or refused to open the door. Other: Our second night there, my coworkers and I arrive to find that the power is off. I'm assuming they have electric pumps onsite because when the power went out, so did the water. There was no one around to tell us what happened, how it happened, or how long the power/water would be out. It was just a waiting game. Eventually we came across a staff person (a groundskeeper perhaps?). When the power came back on, he suggested we blast the AC because there was a chance the power would go out again that night if a storm hit. Luckily it didn't... The signs for the property aren't particularly well-lit (even when he power is on). So it's very easy to drive right by the place if you're trying to get back at night. If the owners and staff put some effort in, this place could be fine. It is a nice concept and could be a fun alternative to standard hotels. It would be so easy to overlook the size of the rooms if they maintained cleanliness, had helpful staff, and included wifi. As they are now, though, I don't think it's worth the visit.
