When I explained that there was a fifth person coming in, no apology was made by this idiot. Not content with his initial attempts to alienate his customers I then discovered after we left that he'd asked another member of our group (who went to the till to pay), if "JESUS WAS STILL UPSET?" And people wonder why their businesses don't flourish? I can't say I was surprised to find other reviews on here describing the owner as having an 'attitude'; the fact of the matter is, he does. I suspect that, even if he saw this review, his arrogance would prevent him from taking anything onboard about how to speak to customers so I hope that this post serves a purpose by maybe encouraging people to try elsewhere and give their money to other nearby cafes that are more deserving of their custom.
