Sure, that's a long time, but I'm also preserving my gown hopefully to store for years to come so it's not like there's a rush. Also, they do have an option if your in a time crunch to pay for expedited services, but I didn't see a need for that. Cost: I think for all items (wedding dress, lace veil, suit jacket, vest, shirt, pants, rehearsal dinner dress) was about $700. Including transportation, pick up, drop off, and preservation. Sure that's a chunk of change, but honestly the time this service saved me and the quality of work I think it was worth every penny. Josh knew exactly what had to be done before I even told him anything. He just looked at me and started pinning things up--I was very impressed. He gave me his honest feedback and allowed me to pick the best option possible for my needs without being pushy about additional alterations/alteration methods. I felt like I was in very good hands. Last but not least, the work. Josh's is only open on Saturdays and closed Sundays--so I had to pick up my suit before work at 8 AM. I tried on my suit just in case I needed additional work and it fit like a glove. I felt ready like I was going to a red carpet event and you can tell how well he did from my photo. Everything fitted perfectly and I left extremely satisfied. The cost was also very reasonable for adjustments on both my blazer and pants--it came down to $200 cash flat and finish time was less than the estimated 2 weeks.
