My favorite part of the conversation had to be hearing about the brewery owned by three Japanese women who live in Brazil. That's a story I definitely wasn't expecting when I sat down for a drink! As for the food, it was incredible. I had the seafood gumbo, which came loaded with a crab cluster and crawfish tails, and I also tried the blackened alligator. Both were amazing and full of flavor. The atmosphere was great, the beer selection was excellent, and the service made the whole experience even better. I genuinely can't wait to go back to The Chime!
